Hair i ordered was out of stock and i waited 4 days they never reached out to tell me it was sold out; i had to reach out to them and they get back 24 hours later at the crack of dawn now I'm trying to figure out how to make sure afterpay doesn't keep charging me since they are taking so long to help might have to file for fraud

The wig I got was too small and I tried to contact them for a refund and they told me to adjust the straps. Obviously I tried that… they have not replied to my email after. Do not buy from them worst company. The hair is also extremely thin so beware

I am not sure why I have to contact you guys several times including calls,emails, texts etc. and I still HAVE NOT got an answer . I ordered a wig yesterday and it says that it has been ordered but the money wasn’t taken out and I just want some clarification that’s it!!!! This is very unprofessional and you guys need to do better. Veryyyy upset and unsatisfied I’m just going to cancel my order all together!!!!! NEVER AGAINNNNN

I’ve ordered from them before with no issues. However, I never received my last order. I reached out to them as well as fedex and filed a lost package report. Hurela is refusing to respond to my emails and refund my money. I had to file a dispute with my bank. Be aware.

I've purchased a 13×4 Frontal, 20 inch Jerry Curly unit from Hurela. First let's talk about their customer service, their customer service is unmatched. From the point of purchase to delivery you are notified every step of the way and the delivery is super prompt. Next quality. The quality of the hair is superb. The hair is silky soft and there's no odor, no shedding and if there is, it is not noticeable. The lace melted perfectly into the skin. The price of the Unit was unbelievable. Whatever is written in the discription, you can bank on it. As the product speaks for itself. I am giving this honest review of my experience. As i love detail and honest reviews. Overall I loved this unit, id give my first experience a 9/10, why, I've only gone 1wk, with the installation, I havent test it in water etc yet. But I will be back to update at that point. I will be copping more. Hurela you've won yourself a lifetime customer. Great job, Keep it up.

I am so satisfied with the hair quality and the customer service. The hair is true to length and really soft and tangle free and no bad smell at all. Their customer service is awesome they get back to you right away with sufficient answer to whatever your question would be. It was my first time and I have ordered three wigs from Hurela and they never disappoint me.

I have been shopping with Hurela for about two years now I love the hair I love the quality I’ve read through a few of the other comments and I have to disagree with them. Every time I order they do what’s needed. I am currently waiting on a 2nd wig I purchased and the quality is so good I am impatient to see it and add it to my collection!

The only pro was the quick shipping. HAIR WAS NOT TRUE TO LENGTH. I order 24 and it was like an 18. An employee told me to file a report for a return and when I went to do so they didn't even have that I ordered anything on file!! This isn't a $30 wig. These wigs are mid to high 200s or even $300. The person I chatted with didn't even apologize ONCE and I have to pay to return this cheap quality wig. Youtubers brought me there but I will never purchase here again. STAY AWAY!

So very disappointed. I ordered dark brown hair and got a burgundy color brown. The hair has a bad odor and is poorly sewn.
Their customer service was prompt and efficient in responding to my emails before I received their product.

Ordered 22 inch multi colored lace front. Received what looks like 12 inch bundles mixed with a couple of tracks maybe 16 inch hair at the very bottom so it hangs down to 22 inches at the lowest point. Because of this, Layering looks off like a shag hair do from back in the day. I had to cut so much of that bottom layer to make it look right. It looks more like a longer Bob. Doesn't look nearly as full as the website or even the YouTube reviewers that I saw it from. Clearly they send these influencers better wigs so they give good on camera reviews and we the consumer soak it right up. What bothers me is it's mainly us as African American women that spend our money on these sites only to be manipulated by them and other women. Then they scrub their website and social media comments, so all you see is positive reviews. I had to search Google after I received my order just to find real comments. Wish I had came here first. It's so misleading. I know this for a fact because I posted the above review with pictures and instead of them posting it they started texting me at 2 and 3AM asking what the problem was with the hair. Literally that was the first text. I replied to kindly not text me that early and that I left a review with pictures to explain exactly what my "problem was with the hair" and to please not text me again. I really want to start a class action suit against them and companies like this. I'm so sick of it.

DO NOT PROVIDE THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PHONE OR EMAIL THEY WILL BUG YOU TO DEATH AND IF YOU BLOCK THEIR NUMBER THEY WILL CALL AND OR TEXT YOU ON ANOTHER. I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A COMPANY THAT PLAY THE TYPE OF PHONE GAME THEY PLAY. . . .BEWARE
