I placed an order with Soul Lady Wigs on 2/26/26 and received a tracking number, but it shows zero information every time I check it. I still have no updates, no movement, and no communication from the company. Since I never received my wig, I can’t review the product, but the customer service has been extremely poor. Until Soul Lady Wigs can provide reliable shipping and communication, I would strongly advise others not to buy from them.

Wrong order received and poor customer service
I ordered 3 units and only received two. The two units I received were thr same. I reached out to Soul Lady several times and no one return my calls, texts or email. Totally disappointed with the customer service.

One positive is it arrived quickly but this wig quality was nothing like Etta that I received a few days earlier. The packaging wasn’t nice and sealed, no tag on the wig, I asked was it a used wig and was told it wasn’t. They offered me a $6 partial refund to keep it, I kept it because the return process was going to be a headache and they charge a $20 restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping. I see nothing but positive reviews and that’s why I purchased the wig but I guess I just received a low quality wig. (Wasn’t happy at all)

The color was wrong and it smelled
The color was wrong and it smelled. I tried my times to contact Customer Service to return. Mind you there's a fifteen day return policy. Finally I had pay to return it and provide them with a tracking number, and once it was signed for I would get my refund. I signed delivery by Jan over a week ago. So , I called 3 different phones number. No response, so then I sent another email and was told they are closed for Chinese New Year. The wigs came from Georgia and was sent back to Georgia. Total scam! I still waiting on my money!

I purchased a wig topper from this…
I purchased a wig topper from this company. When I received the color was not right and the style of the topper was not what I expected. So I contacted the company so I could return. They asked if I wanted to exchange I said yes that would be good advised of the item I wanted to exchange for. They told me to purchase the item I wanted to exchange and then send back the item I did not want, they did not return slips so I have to pay to send back and they will charge me $20 to restock the item. Please do not deal with this company, buyer beware.

I purchased my salt and pepper deep…
I purchased my salt and pepper deep wave wig 1/21/2026. I received it 2/5/2026.
When it arrived I opened it up removed the wig , the smell was bad, I wash it and pond washing I see that the wig is shedding ok didn’t think to much about it I then with a wide tooth paddle brush began to gently brush the wig and even more hair began to shed but only the gray hairs the black hair didn’t shed at all . Its disappointing . I’m not going to return the wig , I’ll accept the loss, and I will never return.
