Within a week of purchasing my earrings, one broke. Not very user friendly. Also the "jade" had no colour. Due to these experiences, I would not buy again from this company.

The jade is natural and we can not control the colors from light green to heavy green. If you would like "dark green" jade earrings, please leave a note at checkout. We will be happy to select a more green pairs to you :)

First and foremost, great customer service. I got my order 8 days later. I liked the earrings. They look really cute. I contacted them because I wanted a smaller size. They were accommodating in my request to exchange for a smaller size.

Great Customer Service!
I first want to say the Customer Service is excellent! I placed an order for earrings and within a week that order was delivered. Unfortunately, the wrong earrings were sent. I immediately contacted the company and requested the correct earrings be forwarded. And that is exactly what the company doing to correct the error. I am so pleased with this outcome.
