I ordered a beautiful real pearl earings with small zirconia. In the first day one zirconia fell. Imidately wrote to customer service and send a picture of the damaged one. They answered me less than 24 hours late,apologized and for my desapointing situation I don't needed send them back, but would get a brand new pair.In 2 weeksI got a new pair, in a gift box.This is respect for a first time customer. I am impressed with this profissional approach in a global market. Besides now, I have a new pair, I have also two extra real pearls.

This is my third purchase from Huge Tomato. I love the earrings so much, I've bought two other variations in different colors. They are my go-to for everyday wear. The shipping was fast!

Fantastic company.
Order was on time no problem at all.
Only one wee thing one of the bracelets I ordered was like a child's size.
However the overall quality and little gift bags were superb.

The necklace was misrepresented in the photographs. It actually was so petite and tiny it would have been impossible for me to wear. I threw it directly in the goodwill box and never even tried it on. Perhaps the items need to be placed along side a coin or something where we can more accurately judge their actual size

I ordered a pair of earrings but the backing was broken. The company sent me a brand new pair!!!! They are gorgeous crystal balls and the company went above & beyond. Great customer service & lots of compliments

I am so disappointed. My earrings came all gold? I ordered the silver and gold and all the name of earrings says “gold silver bean” and then looking at bottom. I noticed name says “gold silver bean” and after that it’s like typed in gold & gold. That is not what I ordered and the advertisement shows and states gold silver bean.
Don’t get me wrong quality of earrings are fabulously put together n sleek in design n make. But all gold is not my vibe n does not stand out on me. I will not be wearing these n disappointed still in not getting silver gold.

I have ordered several peices if jewellery from huge tomato 🍅 over the years and have been very pleased with them. They are of good quality and don't seem to tarnish. they come very well packaged and are presented in a pretty red glittery box and each piece is placed in individual plastic pouches. Very happy with my purchases. thank you Huge 🍅

Excellent service & products love the earrings so far received except one pair which I found to fiddly to do up. But they are beautifully made. Would highly recommend.

I ordered these earrings a few weeks ago and they arrived yesterday. They were packed well in two layers of cardboard. The package included 2 sets of backstops which is impressive. So far these have not been used or needed. Earrings are tricky to apply to the ear lobe but once on they look amazing. Thank you so much.

Having trouble with Customer Support. I placed an order and when checking the tracking information, it had stated the product had been delivered. I never received it. After contacting Customer Support, they told me to check my mailbox and front porch. I reached out to them two more times, but no response.
