Records were in good condition and as described although they were very dusty and could have done with a wipe before being packaged for delivery. Nothing that 5 seconds with a micro fibre cloth wouldn’t have fixed.

I had ordered vinyl "Barbra Streisand and other musical instruments" 1973 from eBay as it was advertised as an import, the difference being UK stock having yellow lettering and US and other countries having white lettering , photo showing white on advert , this may sound trivial but to a collector it's not
That being said , the vinyl was in prestine condition so I left a positive feedback but stating the error and claiming I would be more than happy to make a swap for the one I had actually ordered . There has been no response so clearly they don't look at feedback. Disappointed to receive UK version that I already have , it would be great if they could contact me to rectify THEIR mistake

7/10: Even when sticker said Disc I, you guys delivered me Disc 2 from Attica feat Kirsty Hoiles 'Cyber Girl'. Hopefully Disc I will be available on the next order (can't state that for sure, though)

Have used HTFR for years. Quick delivery and media is always immaculate. The site I always try first.

VG+ record was at their admission a G+ record - it wasn't even that. Second record not up to par either, maybe a little better.

Refund sorted so not all ruined, but really grading needs to be much, much more accurate.

Very good record store . Been and still a buyer since 2023 and always found an interested items that I’ve been looking for a years . simple note to the store is to be more care about some vinyl records, once the customer purchase them, kindly clean them and replace the old inner sleeve with a new one . Otherwise everything is perfect .
