The Home Service Club Omdömen 

What a journey! Just last week, I was battling a mice infestation here in the house. After one call to Home Service Club, now I'm in 7th heaven! I am extremely blessed to have signed up.

I love how Home Service Club included electrical systems warranty in their coverage. When my well pump quit on me last week, I asked if they could fix it right away. They sent really skilled electricians to help me out. At least I know I'm getting my money's worth!

Typical insurance company: first response is to immediately deny claim, even when clearly listed as covered in policy details. $95 deductible for every service call, then a denial of coverage - absolute garbage customer service. This is my third time trying to get HSC to cover repairs, and each time I have to go back & forth just to make them honor the policy. I’m sure some people have had good results with them, but I find it extremely sketchy that the overwhelming majority of “5 star” reviews are from people who have only written one review... and it’s for HSC - okay yeah, not suspicious at all...

The people at HSC are very mindful of their clients' time. They do their repairs very fast, less time for stress with me and more time for them to save other people and houses! I had my ceiling fan repaired just this morning and it was pretty smooth sailing from the moment I called until the evaluation at the end.

The airconditioner in my mom's house has been acting so crazy. We couldn't increase the temperature, so we've been freezing for days! We called HSC when we realized things weren't going to get better, and luckily they were able to send a contractor quick. Luckily, this was included in our HSC home coverage. I've learned its both efficient and practical to avail of this company's services.

My microwave oven's cavity lamp was ruined. I wouldn't turn on and I have no idea why. I called Home Service Club and they booked an appointment with a specialist for me. The agent that I spoke to sounded friendly on the phone. That's definitely an advantage in my book!

Horrible Company! They are quick to sell you a plan but when you need them don’t expect them to be of any service. My dishwasher went out 5 months into our warranty and I opened a claim and was told a technician will call to schedule a visit. After 3 days of hearing nothing I called them just to find out they haven’t done anything with the claim because they didn’t have my home inspection on file. No where does it mention that you are required to provide that in order to receive service, and quite honestly I feel like if they want to evaluate the condition of the house they should send there own team. After sending the home inspection 3 days went by and still nothing. I called again and was told that they don’t have my home inspection but they are looking at replacing the dishwasher and I should be contacted by the offer department with an offer. The reason they agreed to replace the dishwasher is because the error code I received was that the circuit board is out and those parts are no longer available. No one can tell you how long it will take. Seems like they are trying to tire you so you end up going with a different plan. Two extra days have passed and no call. When I called them to ask to speak to a supervisor I was given a handful of excuses: “they are at a meeting”, “I can assure someone will call today”. I decided to not hang up until I spoke to a supervisor. After 2 hours the rep came on the line and said: “someone will call you back soon, good day” and hung up without giving me a chance to speak. After 2 days I was contacted by a supervisor to advise the they offering me $100 to replace the dishwasher. My dishwasher MSRP is $1399. They told me that because it is 6 years old (that time is from when it was manufactured not the purchase date) with the depreciation comes out to be $100. They claim that buying that dishwasher new at the time it came out would cost $550- again NOT TRUE. So bottom line, they will cover your appliances however only if it is a mechanical issue, and will reimburse you for the actual cash value they see fit (after depreciation).
I tried to cancel my policy but they just ignore you until you give up.

More than making sure that they get the replacement for you, Home Service Club works really fast on it too! They only took forty eight hours to get my fridge replaced. 10/10 would call again!

Mothers looking for value for money better trust the repair of their household appliances to Home Service. Don’t hesitate to avail of their services. My mother is very shy to ask for help because she fancies herself as a strong independent woman. But from time to time, she does entrust her house with the Home Service Club especially with electrical work.

To me, Home Service Club hotline connects me to a team of heroes. They'll save your bathroom equipment, like how they saved my toilet yesterday! I always go to the toilet five times a night so it has to work all the time! Now I get to wake up again and take a tinkle, not in the sink but on the right place.

I needed my well pump to be fixed right away. Good thing I got a warranty from Home Service Club. I filed a claim and my dryer was fixed quickly and efficiently, as easy as 1, 2, 3.

It was never exciting to call for a technician for a broken oven. Especially when you need it for your day-to-day activities. But HSC has this sense of being so accommodating, you'd actually be happy to call them to file a claim. And as before, they got the oven fixed in a day.

The gutter in my grandparents' house fell! Probably because of lack of maintenance. Since they're already subscribed to HSC, I gave them a call and they went in for the repair. Kudos to them for their fast response!

I am assured that granny who's living alone is in good hands. I just got her a warranty from Home Service Club. I know they're the best in the field.Thanks to them, my pool can still be clean.

Can't tell how big the damage of the boiler was but it sounded pretty serious when we heard the mini explosion. I filed a claim on it and HSC sent in a team to repair it. Apparently, it didn't need repairing. It needed a replacement already! HSC took care of it for us and by Monday, we had another boiler running for us.

Had to struggle with a leaking AC for the entire weekend. My phone's not working so I couldn't call HSC immediately. My brother's quick thinking saved me though. He had mom, who lived a block away, call HSC for us. The repair crew arrived and fixed it for us in less than three hours. Wow!

I only really appreciated the benefits of HSC when things started breaking down in the house. From the ceiling fan to the heater, HSC made sure our house was still in good shape without burning through our wallets! Last week, I was helping out my mother and we had a bit of an electrical accident. HSC helped us fix it!

What a blessing that we just had our plan renewed a few weeks back. Our kitchen needed a major overhaul with our oven and stoves breaking almost at the same time? I'm not a big believer in religion but this was destiny.

Thanks to Home Service Club my gutter problem has been solved. I tried to work on it myself but it was no use at all initially. I was received warmly when I called and it was a fruitful conversation. It didn't take long to get the gutter all fixed up. I'm extremely pleased with my experience!

I purchased a 3 year warranty less than a year ago. A couple months later, my washing machine broke. They would not repair or replace it, just give me a 200 credit at Lowes toward a new one. Two months later, my master bathroom shower starts leaking. Took a week to get some one out, and then another week for them to deny the claim. "Corrosion" is not covered. It seems that nothing is covered. I cancelled on July 20th. They said I would have a check in 4 to 6 weeks. It is Sept 30th and they still have not issued a check. Oh, and my "scheduled" refund, if I ever get it, is less than 2/3rd of what I paid, even though I had the policy for around 6 months and they paid out nothing. The only reason I am cancelling is because they refuse to cover anything. Don't throw your money away!!!!!!
