Sold synthetic diamond as a real diamond. This is literally fraud. Utterly disgusted. Just had the ring checked and they told me it is a synthetic diamond after selling it as a real diamond. Don't purchase from here.

Bought 3 gshock watches over 8 year took 1 back for repair more interested in selling me a new 1 and wanted 200 pound for repair went to a independent place lot cheaper all never go back again

Denise and Tom were perfect from the very start. I was with my 90 year old Mum who walks with a rollator. Tom immediately offered Mum a chair. Mum had a story to tell and both Denise and Tom gave her their full attention. It was customer service at its best.
Whilst Tom stayed talking to Mum, Denise answered all my questions fully and explained the procedure for having my Mum’s watch serviced.
As we left, another customer came in. Tom held the door open for the gentleman before seeing us out.

I purchased a ring from the Darlington store, they couldn't be anymore helpful when purchasing this, however do to limited stock and sizes, i purchased the ring and them stating not to worry as they will endeavour to help resize this, after proposing to my girlfriend and having to return the ring 2 days later as this was too big, and after being back and forth to shop 4 times and finally after 8 weeks we get the ring back only 4 days later the diamond stone falls out, contacted live chat and they have been no help. and when i go back to the shop for the 5th time i know all they will offer is replacement of the stone, this is not what i want due to the lack of having the ring for the past 9 weeks this Friday. A refund is what is needed due to very poor service and quality of ring.

I bought a watch online and received a delivery date,there were 3 watches in stock when I purchased mine.
3 days later I received an email stating the order had been cancelled due to the watch not being in stock.
Hopeless.

I received excellent service at H Samuels Darlington. I took my mother to choose a watch for her 80th birthday and the lady that dealt with us was extremely helpful.

Beautiful earrings and got a great deal in the online sale. My friend (who they were for) loved them. Delivery to store took longer than mentioned initially but made it in time for when I needed them. Also, the staff at store was polite, friendly and had their masks on.

I bought a pearl necklace and bracelet set for my Mam's 80th birthday. I was very pleased with the item and the sales adviser was very helpful.

My experience with H Samuel darlington, the shop assistant was more than helpful, she helped me choose a bracelet, charms and explained everything about insurance for the bracelet. She was so very helpful and it made the experience very smooth.
