Howdens - Sleaford Omdömen 

Our kitchen was from Howdens in Sleaford, the experience was great from the planning, to the delivery, and to our builder fitting it.

I purchased a new kitchen from howdens in July 2024. All throughout the planning and choice of kitchen styles, types of doors, worktops and colour, I found the staff very helpful and thoroughly professional throughout. The were helpful with changes and suggestions and quick to iron out any problems. All unused items were taken back and money refunded. Thanks sinead and the sleaford team.

As a tradesman I've always found Howdens in Sleaford to be extremely helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure all your needs are met , wether it's planning a kitchen to every day joinery. They will always try to get out of stock items in for you the next working day. From the very professional, personable and caring manager , through to sales, designers and warehouse staff, all very courteous and all make the experience stress free.

Always a pleasure dealing with Robbie from the Sleaford depot. His customer service is spot on and he always goes above and beyond for us.

I am renovating a property and bought some Doors (Inc Handles and Hinges), Skirting and Architrave for this project. The girl that dealt with me was called Maisie she was very helpful, gave me a good deal and organised efficient delivery. Very pleased with the products supplied and would definitely recommend Howdens.

We purchased our new kitchen for our new extension from Howdens in Sleaford. We always felt listened to and that no matter how many tweaks we asked for, or minor issues we spotted in the design, it wasn't a problem for them to be sorted. We never felt like there was a hard sell, which was very much appreciated, indeed we were often shown multiple choices of items at all prices to suit our design, not just the most expensive. The after sales care has been great, if there were any concerns or problems during the delivery and installation of the kitchen, or since, they have been resolved quickly with minimal fuss. Again, this aspect is often lacking these days, and was very much appreciated in what was a stressful time. The staff have always been friendly and polite and our kitchen is lovely. We would happily recommend Howdens.

Delighted with my new kitchen.The colour (reed green)is exactly what I wanted and the cabinets seem to be very good quality.The staff at Howdens were very helpful and A2B plumbing who fitted it were great,managing to be unphased by various setbacks such as damaged walls under the old tiles.

I had an issue with a Lamona oven this has now been rectified. The manager (Becca) at Howdens Sleaford could not have been more helpful. The oven shouldn't have caused me problems in the first place but it did and that is life! So when Becca was able to sort a new replacement and a better quality oven I was really pleased. My Howdens kitchen including the new oven are brilliant, super pleased - thank you

We bought a kitchen from Howdens Sleaford. Amy helped us with the planning and came up with some good ideas. We went through several iterations of the design as we had a rethink. At each change, Amy was very patient and issued revised plans and costing. We also made several visits to the store where Robbie and Danny were very helpful and were very knowledgable about Howden’s products. The kitchen is now fitted and we are delighted with quality and design. Would definitely recommend Howdens for quality, service and staff.
