Kind helpful staff. Always wanting to help . always asking if they can help in any other way and even how you are getting on .Not too much to hold you up. Great experience all around Will definitely be using them again

Fantastic team and couldn’t recommend enough.
Had a kitchen and 2 utilities from them and their customer service is outstanding.
They were nothing but polite from the second we walked in and nothing was a problem for them.
Sinead helped us design our dream kitchen and invited us back multiple times to ensure it was the best we could make it.
They helped breakdown all the costings also and made sure the whole experience was fully tailored to us.

We've received brilliant guidance and advice from Sleaford Howdens. Ellie listened to our brief and gave us helpful ideas and suggestions which made the process so much more enjoyable. They also highlighted offers that we could take advantage of. Thank you!

Katie was extremely helpful when designing our kitchen for us. She listened to all of our worries, needs and wants and I don’t think anyone could have accommodated for these better than she did. Katie was also great after the point of sale, answering any questions we or our fitters had. We love our new kitchen and would recommend Katie and Sleaford Howdens to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We always thought a Howden’s kitchen would be out of reach on our budget but popped in just to browse. We ordered a fab kitchen at an amazing price (during the sale period) but better than other quotes we had had. Sinead was so helpful the kitchen was put into storage for us all organised by Sinead until we were ready for it. It was then delivered promptly on the day we requested. Fitted perfectly by our chosen fitters. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Just had my new kitchen from Howdens fitted and I am delighted. The quality of the units is great and I'm very happy with the design, Sinead went to great lengths to fit my requirements, nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate to use Howdens again.

From the initial contact with Sinead at Howdens Sleaford, through to the branch manager Becca making time to see us at very short notice to order our kitchen, the whole experience at Howdens has been exceptional - where nothing is too much trouble and where every challenge has a solution.

Well made kitchen cabinets, good choice of design. Fair price. Installed March 2025.

HOWEVER! We have the black sparkle laminate worktops, which are TRULY dreadful. Scratched to high heaven, and losing colour in a small area. I called Howdens to discuss, they did deliver replacements like-for-like at no extra cost but no refund AND I'm expected to finance another few hundred to fit them.. So, BE AWARE of Howdens worktops. I'm saving up for granite overlay worktops.

What a pleasant and productive delivery of customer service! Our glass freezer shelf had broken and we needed a replacement however, the Howdens store where we made the purchase was now some 120 miles from where we live. Not withstanding this complication, Becca from the Sleaford store took the model serial number and contacted the original store to secure a replacement. Within 4 days the replacement was delivered and, FOC!

Not only was she extremely polite, but she was able to provide resolution to our problem swiftly and effectively.

Dealt with Robbie for my new kitchen. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Robbie was very informative throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough, would rate higher than 5 stars if I could!!!

I have recently had a new kitchen fitted with Howdens units and some appliances. I have found the whole experience a very pleasant one. Everyone in the team at Howdens has been very friendly and helpful and Sinead’s plan was spot on. The units are of excellent quality and I’m sure will last for many years to come.
Thankyou to everyone at Howdens for the excellent service. Keep up the good work and I’ll certainly recommend you to anyone I know that needs a new kitchen in the future.

Only went in with limited knowledge of my problem, Maisey was my above and beyond in shining armour, I was made to feel my issue was a top priority and got the complete works, her knowledge and assistance were above and beyond. We were guided in the right direction and left the warehouse happy, confident and looking forward to seeing the end results in the form of our new doors.

We visited the Expo in Howden and found it very useful to be able to view the different levels of kitchens on display. The staff there were very helpful and knowledgable and arranged for our local depot to get in touch to arrange a visit. Our plans and kitchen were supplied by Sleaford depot and everything ran smoothly, luckily we also had very professional builders.
From the moment it was fitted in March, we have had several issues with the mirror glass flecks coming out of our quartz worktop and this is where we have been let down by Howdens customer services as they kept emailing that the issues were due to impact damage by ourselves. Becca and her staff at Sleaford couldn’t even get them to send someone out to look at it. She persisted, even looking into stonemasons to come out and paid for by her depot.Eventually she reached out herself to the HWS Installation Manager who came out and agreed that it was a product fault not impact damage.Last week Howdens worktop services finally came out to rectify the issues and hopefully to prevent any more in future.
This has taken weeks of stress and emails but hopefully we can now enjoy our new kitchen.
We also think that Becca and her staff should be commended for their customer service where the actual customer services have failed!

As a local carpenter, I’ve used howdens sleaford for approximately 10-12years.
There has been various staff over the years, but the staff there currently are spot on!
Becca the manager is friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.
Kate is friendly, helpful and also nothings a problem.
Sinead and Robbie the designers, both good at what they do, can see problems before they occur and work with you to create the best design.
Maisie is a lovely lass, always happy and a friendly face on the counter, and always up for a laugh.
Lewis in the warehouse is helpful and always willing to help even when he’s snowed under from a delivery!

All in all, it’s a cracking branch, and they’ve all become friends as well as work colleagues, would highly recommend you use them!
