Super happy with Howdens
We had such a great experience with Holly, from the Saffron Walden branch. Not only is she a lovely person, she was so easy to work with so we could both plan my dream kitchen together. From the beginning she understood me, what I wanted and how particular I could be. She had great knowledge of the products, knew what would work and what wouldn’t, and was able to come up with a perfect design for the space. It really couldn’t have gone any better.

We would highly recommend Howdens for…
We would highly recommend Howdens for kitchens. We received the best service and found the customer service side amazing. We dealt with a lady called Holly who was incredibly helpful and supportive and gave us some great advice. Infact all of the staff we dealt with were amazing. We are so pleased with our beautiful kitchen and would wouldn't shop anywhere else if we were to do it again. Thank you Howdens Saffron Walden.

Would thoroughly recommend Howdens…
Would thoroughly recommend Howdens Saffron Walden - especially Claire. Over what felt like a year from design to installation due to changing builders, Claire stuck with us answering our questions and visiting us. When the kitchen was delivered everything was there and we are very delighted with our posh looking kitchen with many features to help us use space in a small area.

New Kitchen
We have recently had a kitchen designed and supplied by Howdens, whilst our builder did all the direct dealings with Howdens to our knowledge everything went smoothly and minor hiccups were dealt with promptly. On the several occasions we visited the showrooms, the staff were helpful, polite and friendly. A special mention goes to Claire, our designer, whose ideas, knowledge and expertise resulted in a kitchen we are very happy with. She was the third designer that visited us, (the others were from different companies) and she was by far the most helpful.

We have used Howdens for a new kitchen…
We have used Howdens for a new kitchen design and build. Their customer service has been fantastic. Everyone we have dealt with has been attentive and always done what they have said they will do and within the timeframes stated. We have not yet fitted the kitchen but given our experience so far I am sure it will look fantastic once finished.
