Great studio facilities. Central location. Great instructors and friendly staff. The classes are hot but not too hot. It is very reasonably priced compared to many other studios in CPH.

I just wish they would schedule who is teaching earlier on the online form so you can book your favourite instructor earlier.

Whilst on holiday i wanted to keep moving, found Hot Yoga Copenhagen really enjoyed it. Great staff who helped me understand the correct posture.

Every time I'm visiting Copenhagen, I have to pass by at this beautiful studio. Great classes which are guided gently, people are super friendly and the ambiance is welcoming. Looking forward to turning back ☺️

Shamir holds high standards, and I’m grateful for it. When I didn’t pass my first teaching exam, he was direct with me — honest, clear, and respectful. He told me I wasn’t ready yet and asked me to repeat the exam. But he refused to charge me again. That moment showed me exactly what Hot Yoga Copenhagen is about: quality over profit, growth over ego. Shamir teaches not just how to guide a class, but how to be a teacher — steady, aware, responsible.

Anna brings sharp insight and structure to everything she teaches. She doesn’t let you copy others — she helps you find your own voice, your clarity, your presence. Her feedback is always spot-on and delivered with genuine care and experience.

Eva, who teaches philosophy, made me love a subject I thought would be abstract. She brings it down to earth, connects it to daily life, and makes it personal without ever simplifying it.

Charlotte, who teaches anatomy, has a clear, no-nonsense way of making the body make sense. It’s not just about muscles and joints — she gives you practical knowledge you can actually use as a teacher. Simple, professional, and grounded in real experience.

And all through this, you're still practicing. Hot Yoga Copenhagen is not just a school — it's also a place where your personal practice can grow. The space, the energy, and the people support that journey on and off the mat.

I came to Hot Yoga Copenhagen to become a yoga teacher. I left not just certified, but transformed — with a stronger practice, a deeper understanding, and the confidence to teach. I’d choose this place again without hesitation.

The location is easy to find and to reach.
There are various classes, all with good teachers and overall there is a good atmosphere.
The vibro yoga is something you should really try!

Great class, mood and music!

When you first see this characteristic yellow building with the cross-shaped windows, on the busy Tovegade, you expect the interior to be in accordance with the exterior.
However as you enter the main floor, you are transported to a world beyond the borders of the location of this structure.
You enter a tranquil, environment, welcomed by friendly and also kind instructors, well verse in the art of this ancient art of yoga. This form of exercise has been an effective and welcomed part of my weekly schedule.
The spaces Shamir has created in his studio is conducive to the education and practice of this wonderful form of exercise and way of being.

I've been attending HotYogaCopenhagen for over a year and a half, and I can't say enough good things about this studio. Every class I've tried has been exceptional, each offering something unique while maintaining the same high standards of instruction. The instructors here are truly knowledgeable, guiding you through each session with expertise and care, ensuring that you get the most out of every practice.

The studio itself is a haven of tranquility. It's always spotless, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a pleasure to walk into every time. The attention to detail in maintaining the space is evident and greatly appreciated.

The option to rent equipment if needed, and the luxury of a cold towel after a hot session, show how much thought has gone into making every visit a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Hot Yoga Copenhagen offers a wonderful variety of yoga experiences. The studio is amazing, modern, and bright. It provides showers and changing rooms, which are very handy after an active hot yoga session. The teachers are incredible! You can see and feel that they are truly experienced. They also help ensure that you can follow along with the many positions as best as possible. Highly recommended for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students.

It’s not only a sport, but it is a great room to enter to feel peaceful and relaxed and also strong. The team are very professional and guide you if you have something specific that they need to be aware of to make sure that you get the best out of the class.

Virkelig skønt og dejligt yoga studie med søde kompetente undervisere, hvor man føler sig tryg og velkommen. Jeg har været medlem i flere år og elsker de små ekstra ting, som det kølige håndklæde og et lille ingefær shot efter timen. Kan varmt anbefales!

I have tried different yoga types through the years without really committing to it. I heard so many speak about Hot Yoga as being insanely good. Of course I had to try it and bought a 10- session clip card.
It is amazing and I am hooked. The atmosphere, the teachers, the heat, the vibe and the quality of the yoga Classes, attention to details .
I find myself absolutely addicted to this place.
It is easy to reach with bus / metro and you can rent / buy towels and mats. 🧘‍♀️🔥

Faciliteterne er gode og hyggelige, og personalet er super imødekommende. Et kæmpe plus er variationen i hold og tidspunkter. Det passer godt til mit behov. Et lille minus er prisen, men det er det hele værd. Klart en anbefaling herfra!

Hot Yoga Copenhagen - this is truly a one of kind place - I shall say a place where my body and my mind are always at peace and where I have found solutions to many of my problems. Been a member since 2018 and the magic is still there - the amazing teachers, the lovely studio and its vibe, along with the energy you get from practicing yoga in a warm room with other members - I always feel re-energized after a class at Hot Yoga Copenhagen 🧘‍♂️. Best investment I have made on my myself, my health (mental + body), and as you improve over time, a constant reminder to yourself that sky is the limit.
