Hot Tub Village Omdömen

It has now been two years since I purchased a Spa Crest hot tub from Hot Tub Village. Both Tony and Helen offered a very friendly, professional and personal service since my very first visit to the shop. I'm a strong believer in paying a little extra for quality items and in my two years I have had no problems with my hot tub whatsoever. Due to the high quality build, I have also not noticed an impact with my electricity bills despite having the hot tub on 24/7 all year round and it being used quite regularly. Tony and Helen are always quick to respond to any queries and will go out of their way to help if they can. I would strongly recommend buying from Hot Tub Village if you are looking for a quality hot tub with great customer service.

Sales and after sales service are second to none
Cant recommend highly enough

Brilliant, Thank you. :-)

After a wary start with my Jacuzzi J 210 I couldnt be more thrilled with the tub. Not only does it do what it says on the can but looks good as well. The customer service from Tony and Helen at Hot tub Village is first rate, nothing is too much trouble including home visits. Would highly recommend this product.

Firstly I would like to thank Helen and tony for all there help and assistance in delivery and installation also sorting out the 0%fianance !!! After sales and help with chemicals also spot on , we had viewed other hot tubs and found them to be a lot more expensive , we are very happy with the service provided by hot tub village and recommend them
100% it's a nice place to relax and chat with the family without distraction 😎

Friendly and professional service, and an excellent product. Happy to recommend

A hot tub is an expensive buy and there's a lot of info to take on, so we considered our purchase carefully. We're glad we chose Hot Tub village. They have been very supportive throughout, even delivering chemicals to our door on Xmas eve!

I cannot fault the excellent service that we received from Tony and Helen at Hot tub village. We visited several times and were 'thoughtful' and took our time over our purchase decision. They were informative and helpful throughout and we never felt rushed or pressured to buy.

Delivery and installation all went well and the personal touches of a hamper and the initial support and information on maintenance was exemplary. Helen was always at the end of a phone to offer advice.

After sales service has also been excellent. We love our hot tub and I would strongly recommend Hot tub village.

It was very good service the only problem I have is that the explanation was mind blowing initially but the after care is brilliant

Very good service friendly helpful in every way. A pleasure to do business with.

Excellent service, great products, and nice people....

We had a few initial problems with our hot tub after installation but these were speedily resolved by Tony and Helen. They were so helpful and went out of their way to deliver an excellent service. We are delighted with our hot tub which is continuing to provide many hours of relaxation a year on from our purchase.

Brilliant service and advice both pre and post sales. Helen and Tony were incredibly supportive and went way beyond a level or service I would expect.

Excellent knowledge of products being sold, instalation process was very competent. Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble during purchase.

I would definitely recommend this company to purchase your hot tub from, they are very friendly and reliable to help with any problems you may come across . We have had our hot tub a couple of years and they have always been very helpful with any issues we have had.
