Excellent experience. Item I wanted was out of stock but very quick correspondence from Mandy at HotSnap offered suitable alternative. The fans arrived the next day, tremendous! Unfortunately, one of the remotes was not working - contacted Mandy, replacement remote arrived the next day. Very pleased overall.

Well a little over a year ago I purchased from Hotsnap and there was an issue with my order it took ages for this to be rectified. Last week I was having problems with such item and what a difference a year makes. Listened, advice given and problem solved within the same day! Thanks Mark and the Hotsnap team, Hotsnap seem to have turned a massive corner and for that I will purchasing again.

Have been very pleased with the tower hot and cold fans I purchased. Managed to lose a remote and had a very speedy response to sort out a replacement.

Well goodness here we go again so two days ago I had a phone call from the manager of Hotsnap called Mark he explained to me he was upset that I had written a review on trustpilot rubbishing the delivery and problems I had returning a product with no return form ...... and the cost I paid returning it via royal mail first class .. and as a good will gesture he would put £30 in my bank to cover postal charges and for any inconvenience it caused me If I would REMOVE MY REVIEW FROM TRUST PILOT so two days ago I removed my review and was fair enough to put a better review on about how fair they had been to cover postal cost and apologise which I have left on for ppl to see ..... of course as soon as I removed it there were no more private number phone calls to tell me £30 had been put in my bank because there was never going to be it was all lies every bit. Anyone who is thinking of having any product from this company think really hard first if its faulty and you need help ..... they are more than dodgy and bad lies get told they are very untrustworthy so be very careful I was lucky to get a refund never mind anything else so please beware and I will not be removing this post for sure.....

I done a lot of research for a good heater and this one stood out to me,
The amount of positive reviews was amazing,
But online some guy done a YouTube video in his bedroom and said you could feel the heat the other side of his bedroom. Which looked a decent size,
Well I stood a meter away and on the hotest setting 3 it was cold,
Im really disappointed as this as it costs £160.
The fan does have 10 speeds but only on cold, it has 3 hot settings described as Hot/Med/Low.
The fan is advertised as 1900W yet the info on the box says 1650W on Hot, so not quite sure reason for that.
To be honest the fan does not feel like it is producing really hot air when you put your hand in front of it,
I used it in a medium size bedroom and using a thermometer the temperature of the room did rise slightly. The fan is loud but very noticeable on Hot setting I had to turn the TV right up, Does get quieter on lower settings but you can still hear it.
I didn't think my fan was working properly so I emailed customer service to have a lady called mandy reply,
I arrange to return this heater which at my expense cost £10.75 she has told me its been tested and is working fine which I'm amazed at,
Please do not be fooled by all the reviews of its hot its amazing,
Don't waste your money look at something else,
It looks nice but you want hot air as that's why your buying it so be prepared to stand right onto of it for heat,
The hotsnap did respond to me very quickly no complaints there but I should of been refunded my postage,
This is my review and I'm not looking for an all singing and all dancing heater just one that works well for that amount of money,
It's cold and bills increasing was looking for a economical heater which this is not,
PLEASE LOOK ELSWHERE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Firstring and delivery first class not 10 emails just relevant ones and delivered when promised. My only very small complaint would be that doesnt give people like me relevant instructions. It heats the room not you so until room temperature goes up the heat is as the room temp so gives reading of 15 and you cant change that also fan speed is only relevant to cool speeds so plus/minus keys make no impact on heating. Once you have mastered these simple facts its awesome, went from 15 to 19 degrees in 15 mins in my lounge flat 20x20 sq ft had to turn off off after half an hour I was getting hot. I would not hesistate to give 5 stars when you realize how it operates more down to my stupidity.

First of all I will review hotsnap then product.
After reading alot of negative reviews and I must admit they nearly made me go elsewhere, I am pleased to say, my order did arrive the next day via dpd. Just note if you order on a Friday or weekend your order should arrive on the following Tuesday and not the next day. My only complaint about Hotsnaps is, you are unlikely to get anyone to answer the phone, which I found frustrating. But Jason did call me back the same day in the afternoon. I would have no concerns ordering from Hotsnaps again.

I do wonder about the guy doing a review in his bedroom, as to if it's a un bias review as you can not feel a warm blast from a distance and you cannot increase fan speeds on heating, the video is misleading. But the fan does raise the room temp of a mid to large room easily at a fair speed. Would like to know though why box says 1650w (hot) and promotion 1900w.
Also fan looks good, easy to use, remote does come with a battery. Would also say pet and child safe as fan not hot to the touch, also has a safty cutout if knocked over. One last point, if you buy same fan via ebay and it is same company selling but does not show Hotsnap name but sellers address is the same. Its £20 cheaper.

A trusted friend recommended the Vortex Air to help heat large colder rooms at home, so I bought one immediately. I was so impressed with it I bought a 2nd one the same day! This is so effective and warms a room when needed. Keep your doors closed to help the heat be retained. You don't need to leave on all the time as it's so good! HIGHLY recommend... Plus its a cooling fan for the summer months.

I've made a mistake ordering the wrong color using my self phone and I contacted the customer service explaining what happened and Jason did an amazing job solving it👏👏 in 48 hours we had the right color at home.

Wanted to try something new, took the plunge and purchased 3 Tidal Rave paddle board set ups... WOW! board choices are fab, bright colours and cool designs, the kids loved picking theirs! The bundle comes with EVERYTHING you need to get started,(except PPE obviously) the instructions are super easy to follow and there are loads of accessories which is a bonus! Customer service is brilliant, was kept in the loop with dispatch and delivery, they are really helpful.
Overall fab products, definitely not disappointed. I'll be ordering another board in the new year! If paddle boarding is something your wanting to try I'd highly recommend buying from here!
