I can highly recommend Hornes Surveyors…
I can highly recommend Hornes Surveyors to anyone looking for an surveyor where honesty and transparency are priority. We used them recently for a roof survey and the whole process was dealt with efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Every member of their team impressed me and their communication was spot on.

Highly recommended
All round quality experience from initial enquiry, through to post report follow up. I was engaged throughout the process in a timely manner by a professional team, who went the extra mile as part of their standard service offering. Would highly recommend, especially in a market where variable service can be a challenge.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, very fast and efficient. The report is very detailed and in an order that can be easily understood. The detailing of the report is extremely good, and the advise is sound, also it’s was very nice to have a one to one conversation after the initial viewing, which is not something you normally find and we found that very helpful. We have used these guys three times now. And would continue to do so for each home purchase.

Professional, approachable advice.
David carried out an in-depth survey on a Grade 2 Victorian home that we are in the process of buying. His advice and insights were invaluable. He followed up with a lengthy Teams meeting so we could discuss the findings at length.
David is ultra-professional yet friendly and approachable.

Our experience of Hornes CS has been excellent. Prompt,courteous and very professional. Importantly, their post survey report was easy to read,written in layman's terms and, unlike usual survey reports, highlighted potential concerns and ranked them in order of importance.

Full survey
Initial contact really positive and professional. Had a full survey carried as requested within a great time scale. On the day of survey contact from David Horne initial appraisal was given with report to follow. Report received after 5 days very clear with excellent explanations easy to understand. Overall an excellent service with a very professional company would highly recommend Hornes Surveyors
