Order cancelled by Luxe as they didn't have the stock available.

Item I ordered online wasn’t in stock when they went to dispatch but no call to tell me only when I called them to chase order and then they could refund in that department and had to call another department

We was very pleased with the product it was exactly as the picture shown and was packed very well we will be ordering some more stuff from yourselfs

We ordered 4 bar stools and paid for them as you do. There was no mention that there could be any issue with the order. However 4 days later the order was cancelled and I received a message saying due to a supplier not being able to count their own stock the order could not be fulfilled, no alternatives offered or call to say why it took so long to find this out. To add insult to injury they say it will take some time to process your refund. If they can’t supply then don’t advertise or at least be honest. I think 4 days to tell me that they have no faith in their own supplier, is very very poor customer service and care. First and last time I will be using this company they will take your money but can’t deliver the goods.

On website and invoice I was told I will get my parcel by delivery, but suddenly seller realised that he can't do it, but refusing to give refund as well. Lucky i made purchase through paypal, so hopefully in 3 or 4 weeks i'll get refund.
