At the time of ordering, the item showed that it was in stocks. It later transpired that the item was not only out of stock but being discontinued.

The picture I ordered said In stock so…
The picture I ordered said In stock so I ordered it. I never received any communication to say it was delayed. I eventually phoned and was told it was being framed !....strange when it was an item with 4 available.
I was assured it would be delivered by Wednesday this week....today is Tuesday and I've heard nothing.

The arm chair is lovely however the…
The arm chair is lovely however the courier used is not great. Just dumped the armchair outside in the rain and said they don’t offer services to place the parcel indoors, mind you i don’t live in a flat. I won’t be purchasing anything from this company again. I had to pay 2 people to put the armchair in the lounge.

Great delivery and easy to assemble. It’s a great statement piece but the metal frame had small blemishes in places which means I knocked off a star. Given the price point I’m overall satisfied.
