Homebase - Worcester Omdömen 

Still waiting a week later for my order.went into homebase young girl said its on way ? Cudnt tell me anything or how long been a week and still no notification or update

Ordered online for collection from store. Received a text within an hour saying collection was ready. Turned up at the store and all went fine. Good, easy experience.

Ordered Bosch isio on line for click and collect Worcester. Money taken from card. Received email re order then I received a text saying the item was now ready for collection.
Then received message left on my phone to say item not in stock and I’d receive email and refund in 5 days. As didn’t know which message was correct ie was it ready for collection or was it not in stock tried to ring. 3 times told busy ring back. No email re refund received and can’t get them to answer phone. Terrible service . Finally got an email saying I’d returned my shipment! Then received a text from them asking me to review on Trustpilot!

My daughter needed to replace her very old kitchen units and I took a plan of her ideas to Homebase in Worcester. Katie Griffiths was very helpful and worked out what we needed, drawing up our thoughts onto a proper plan. However, I got my dimensions wrong, but Katie redid the plans for us there and then, without any fuss, and was very helpful throughout. Even when we changed the colours and the type of units, Katie just sorted it all out for us. First class service and the units have now arrived and the quality looks really good too. Thank you Katie.

I ordered online to click and collect. The whole process was simply and straightforward. When I arrived at the store a member of staff asked if I needed any help and they took me to the the help desk/checkout. I waited for less than a minute before they arrived with my click and collect order. Great customer service and helpful staff.

Really helpful staff, 2 gentleman helped me find items and gave me advise on what I could use. One turned out to be the store manager. Makes a nice change to find knowledgeable people to assist. Thank you

Able to pick up items at a time that suited me. Items were ready and on a trolley for me to transport to my car. Friendly lady at the service desk. Can’t fault it but I never give 5* in surveys. Don’t understand why you need so much information before I can submit this survey

Purchased a Keter storage box online which was a very competitive price and delivery was only a few days - very pleased with assembled item

We have been thinking of a new bathroom not sure on what we wanted, so we went to homebase and met Katie, great lady no messing about asked us to measure up or she would call in, I measured up and put a few ideas down,dropped drawings off and met her again 2 days later.
She had drawings of what we wanted down to a tee, absolutely 💯 made the order there andthen got some really good deals and her advice was priceless. What seemed a daunting project has been made very easy. Thank you Katie great job.

Website stated 15% off but there was no opportunity to use the 15%code when I can to pay. Product is however very good so far! Only used twice, easy to fit.

The staff were amazing from start to finish. They helped me with putting the furniture in my boot and were patient enough to wait while I moved things about to make room. 10/10 - thank you.

Drove over 30 miles to next store that had 12 rolls of wallpaper (ordered via click and collect as no delivery available). When I got there, although someone had picked 12 rolls, they didn't check the batch numbers, so had a mixed lot! Customer services were excellent, but they could only find 10 rolls with the same pattern match. I got refunded for 2 rolls, but I am not happy as I wanted 12! Don't know what I'm going to do if I need the extra rolls - probably lots of cutting! Should have ordered from manomano - they would have delivered them, saving me 70 miles, 1 1/2 hours and were cheaper too! Not very good Homebase.
