Homebase - Worcester Omdömen 252

After 16 emails with Homebase regarding a refund for incorrect flooring, I am still waiting for my money back. Each time I contact them, I’m told it will be resolved within 48 hours, but weeks have passed with no resolution. I followed all procedures for the return, yet Homebase has neither collected the incorrect flooring nor issued my refund. To make matters worse, I even purchased the correct flooring from them afterwards, so they’ve had my money twice over. This situation has left me short of money this month, and I’ve had to contact my bank for advice on next steps. The lack of consistency, accountability, and professionalism from Homebase has been deeply disappointing. I would urge others to be cautious when ordering, as customer service has been extremely poor in resolving what should be a straightforward refund.(IT WAS A ONLINE SALE)

Very smooth process to order click and collect items and staff extremely efficient when I collected my items as store was very busy with the closing down sale. The staff always give excellent service in this store

Ordered. a click and collect online. Order confirmation email received at 8.03am giving a collection time of within an hour from store opening (9am) Waited for a text to confirm it was ready which was still not received at 11am. Tried to phone store to check several times but no staff available to answer. I eventually received a text message at 11.42 am. Upon collection i was advised by a store colleague that it had been manic. However, I do feel that there seems to be a staffing issue at this store as most of the times we visit the tills are frequently undermanned causing long queues. Please can you employ adequate staff to serve customers and take telephone calls.

Great service short on tiles from Blackpole store , staff member searched at other stores and made sure I had the requested amount , great communication.

Michelle made our experience great she knew exactly what we wanted and what her store had to offer coupled with her efficient manner together with patience we have now taken delivery and in the process of putting together a fantastic kitchen island

I have has the best experience at home base Worcester with Katie in the kitchen and bathroom department I can't recommend them enough.. The service has been above excellent nothing has been to much trouble and Katie is just wonderful to deal with even texting me out of hours with kitchen ideas. Never felt rushed can't recommend enough .The kitchens are fabulous quality as well. Well worth a visit if your looking for excellent service and wonderful products.

What a fantastic service we received from Michelle, she was so helpful in the whole process from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and she helped design our plan by suggesting things we wouldn’t even have thought of !

Terrible service from Worcester blackpole. After checking online for an item stating 21 in stock I went to store to be told they have been sent back to the warehouse. After explaining it says 21 in store I was told they would look for me. Apparently they have none but offered an alternative I accepted and left. After getting home I was frustrated it says 21 in stock so I decided to click a collect, exactly 20 minutes I received a text that my order was ready to collect. To my surprise the item which they didn’t have was there. After asking for a refund I explained I was told there wasn’t the person who previously served me was stood there. After I said they wouldn’t be bothered to look she was extremely defensive telling me it took her and a colleague an hour to find it which wasn’t true. Turns out this person was actually the manager. Shameful

Katie has been amazing in helping us plan our bathroom and make the most out of our tiny space, she booked us in the very next day so we could measure up and come back to start the process. She spent so much time with us getting everything perfect even down to the fine details and was as excited for us as we are. Looking forward to seeing the finished project now.

Click and collect was fast same day and the assistant offered to, and carried the goods to my car for me which was very much appreciated

Only 1 till open, had to queue for over 10mins, store manager walked passed and commented won't be to long and went to his office did nothing.
