Homebase - Winchester Omdömen 

Keith from the Winchester store was so so helpful, in torrential rain he happily loaded my car with 12 bags of 80L compost. He was super chatty and positive which is a rare find these days! Thank you keith xx

Click & collect was efficient. Product and price competitive. With few Homebase stores Winchester is usually not an attractive pick up location but £20 delivery cost is ludicrous. Better not offer the service as you clearly don’t want customers to use it.

Very quick and easy to order via the click and collect. I received a message once the shelf was ready and then picked up my purchase at my convenience.

Travelled from Southampton to Winchester to collect my item. Item was damaged, planter with chunks of the item missing from 2 sides. No more in stock, so a wasted journey. Find it poor that no one checked the item before confirming it was available for collection.

Very Quick Service , good product at a good price

I've been a regular customer of the Winchester store for several years now and praise of the staff is long overdue. It was good to meet the managers Glen and Oz recently, who helped me with some bulk purchasing and were a pleasure to deal with. I've regularly been served and helped by Chloe, Louise, Billy, Yassi and Alan who are always very patient and helpful. I've also recently been helped by a young chap with very shortly cut hair whose name I sadly can't remember but he's very professional and helpful. A great team and store.....a real credit to the company :)

Parts missing from window fasteners

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN FROM HOMEBASE (WINCHESTER). They highly recommended a kitchen fitter who has walked out ½ way installing our kitchen!! He damaged our new fridge, broke my oven knob, broke my washing machine programmer knob, smashed a glass ornament, damaged my hall wall and chipped the new work surfaces! When asked for his insurance details so I could claim, he gave false insurance information and false home address and legged it! HOMEBASE are taking NO responsibility even though THEY highly recommended him! I can't find this guy anywhere. He lives in Southampton. I'm left 2 weeks without a kitchen! It took me daily emailing, sending photographic evidence to be told its nothing to do with them! Disgusting company!

The click and collect desk was unmanned, so I asked the lady on the till and she reassured me she could deal with my order. Friendly, helpful, prompt, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Went to pick up a order but couldn’t find it and gave me the display one and a fiver off

It is good to be able to choose something in the store and then order online - so many online purchases turn out not to be as anticipated.
Service was good. Previously we have had really bad experiences with XPO deliveries but this was excellent. The online tracking allows you to see exactly where the truck is on its way to you.
Overall good buying experience and product ( tiles ) reasonable priced.

Item wasn't available and this was the third visit to buy. We will now try online
