Homebase - Sudbury Omdömen 

Product arrived from another branch on the day promised. The next day in fact. Polite, friendly staff.

The price reflects the quality, quite cheap overall.
The base is rather fiddly to fix together.
It does give a cool breeze BUT is VERY noisy, there's a loud irritating hum and motorised noise from the fan.
I tried to return the fan. Customer service were very polite but I was informed that as it isnt faulty and I had plugged it in, the policy is no refund.
Would not recommend for anyone that wants a quiet fan.

Lee was very helpful at Selling us the garden furniture and helping us to the car and loading it this is the sort of staff experience you should expect and appreciate in a employee who takes pride in what they do.

Popped in during lunchtime with my mum to buy a lawn mower. A chap called lee asked us if we wanted any help and he helped us choose the right mower for our requirements and then carried it to the till for us. I then saw a BBQ with a 40% discount so couldn't resist so asked him for his advice which was excellent. Lee then also carried this to the till where we paid then he took both items out to my car. This was excellent customer service and i am grateful.

Me and my husband have just recently been doing our front garden throughout the month of June and July. I would like to say a great big thank you to Lee he has been absolutely amazing. He helped us choose some slate along with some stones that would match. Lee has also helped us pick plant pots and plants to go in our front garden, so it all matches, Lee has been very helpful and very polite and I feel that he needs to be recognise for being a great member of your team for Homebase in Sudbury suffolk. Lee also walk past our house to and from work and he has been able to see what progress me and my husband have done along the way. Lee has been very helpful in lifting and carrying the items that we have brought from homebase in an out of our car. Well done Lee you’re a great credit to the team/homebase.

Was looking for plants but wasn't too sure on what I wanted. Had a lovely colleague called Mark help me choose the right ones for what I wanted and was really helpful even helped me take them to my car.

Went to buy some garden furniture, Lee in the Sudbury branch went well above and beyond to check if the item would fit in our car and helped us load it. Massive asset to the Sudbury branch. Legend

Lee, the guy who helped me with mixing paint could not have been more helpful. He was very attentive and knew his stuff. Excellent

Waiting 15 minutes for some one to come and mix paint for us. Asked a gentleman who said wait a minute, was called twice over tanoy by checkout girl who apologised. Went to B&Q and spent £400. on paint and garden equipment. Which we would have dpent with you.

I couldn't find what i was looking for & stopped Michael to ask. he showed me where to look & helped to find what I was looking for - but we couldn't see any [Black Spot] spray and he checked the system which said it was sold out - so l thanked him for his help and went to my car - i had got my straps on and started the car when he came running out with the last container which he had found . He coulldn't have been more helpful so please thank him again from me.

We visited this morning looking for Garden benches, we spoke with Rob and he showed us the options. We made our selection. Rob went to stores and sorted the extra one we needed. When I started to carry one to the till, Lee stepped in to help. Once we had paid, Lee continued to help us load the vehicle.
I feel both Rob and Lee went the extra mile to make us feel like appreciated customers.

This morning we were greeted by a fantastic staff member called Lee who helped us carry our heavy purchase to the till. Rob then helped me find another item I needed while Lee helped my husband load the car with our large purchase. Both staff members went above and beyond to make our shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
