Homebase - Sudbury Omdömen 

I had a broken object, a box used for the square units was used as a box to collect all my items in so it was misshapen and I am missing a set of batteries. I've tried to call and no one is answering.

Had call to say item would not be ready to collect until Sunday. Went to collect and item couldn't be located. Homebase is not close to our home so inconvenient to go any other time

I ordered a click and collect item. The member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. It was a very efficient service.

Hector at Sudbury looked after us so well from the start. We visited looking for appliances having already chosen a kitchen with another company. We ended up ordering our whole kitchen with Hector due to his excellent service. Can’t compliment him enough. We will visit him again next year as we are having a new bathroom. Thank you Hector.

Whilst looking at the paint dept in homebase Sudbury, we were assisted by the part time paint manager Paulo (from Newmarket) who proved very helpful and knowledgeable about paint products. Giving advice on how to get the best outcome from paint etc, felt very confident with his advice. I would highly recommended him to deal with.

Very poor customer service. Bought a pop up gazebo last year only used twice and the frame broke. It cost £104.00 and quite honestly is not fit for purpose. When taken back to Homebase they just didn't want to know and refused any refund or store credit. Not impressed.

The packaging was all wet. The box had gone mouldy and the items inside were wet and had mould all over them. The booklet to tell you how to built it was wet and the staples to hold it together were rusty so it was hard to follow the instructions. Had to clean and disinfect the storage box before constructing to ensure the items stored in it didn’t go mouldy.

Firstly I was given my item with an important part missing.

Secondly, I could not get anyone to answer the phone at 3pm on a Friday to enquire if they had another replacement item in stock.
Luckily for me they had 1 left, otherwise I would have had a trip for nothing !!....I have to say the young girl on the desk was helpful and importantly, apologetic .

Easy ordering and the bark screening ‘trollied’ to my car and loaded by a member of staff - excellent!

Staff were very helpful upon my approach to the service desk to collect my click and collect item.
They answered my questions regarding gas bottle cost and size and the process of replacing the same.
I was helped to my vehicle as my purchase was a very large BBQ and assisted with getting the same into the back of my vehicle.
