Excellent efficient service, collection completed in a couple of minutes

Super quick service, served by charming guy who led me straight to paints area for pick up…. Well done on speed and efficiency.

Not a fabulous experience overall. The person who dealt with my click and collect obviously did not want to be there.

Easy to use online shopping, very polite young man served me in shop. Now I know you sell Stewarts orchid pots I won't have to use other online shops. Very well priced and no postage. Win win

Unfortunately after purchasing a piece of furniture online for click and collect due to limited stock . I travelled all the way from Enfield to Romford,Essex to collect the furniture to be shown the ladder unit had been a display model and was in very bad condition, split wood and chips out of the paintwork . I was offered a £20 discount but I did not accept this as the ladder unit looked awful and I would not be able to hide the damage. So not only did I come away without said furniture, but now there is no stock available within any Homebase store . Very very disappointed that the order was allowed to be released for purchase at full price of £70.00…..Do better Homebase

Checkout was brilliant and quick. Delivery was very poor. Didn’t arrive on time given so missed parcel. Arrived 10.22 but driver put 10.32 so save his own neck. Very disappointed with DHL

There isn't a 0 star option. Having looked at various sections and buying items for houseplants, door handles plus an outdoor plant and pot we now have a parking charge for being there 11 minutes over 1 hour. I am looking to replace my kitchen but I won't be looking in Homebase now.

What a terrible experience, you would think Homebase would encourage footfall. No obviously not, they want your money then want you out ASAP. Don’t browse whatever you do! The goods are acceptable and the staff are friendly but stay in their half empty car park 11 minutes longer than an hour and you get a £100 fine! Can you not set up a system so that people who actually spend money don’t get fined. Lucky I wasn’t discussing a new kitchen or bathroom with your sales staff.

I came into store today and was helped by a lovely lady called Laura on the tills, she really brighten my day! So kind and helpful, Thank you for making my experience at Homebase a pleasant one. Homebase needs more staff like you.

Packaging was damaged with a massive tear in the packaging. I was told my staff this was due to a forklift when moving the product. I was not given a replacement even though there were over 10 in stock.

Turned on the fan 10 minutes later it overheats and cuts off. Left it for a few hours and it still doesn't work. Definately returning this hasn't even been 24 hours.

I want to say thank you to Amy, who not only single handedly lifted up a whole rattan set on her own, but for helping me out to the van with it and helping me to to lift it into the van. She went above and beyond for me, especially on a hot day like today. Great customer service.

……. Very quickly after writing the review above, Homebase very professionally was in contact apologising for their error. This has now been rectified and hopefully my order will be ready for me to collect in the next couple of days .

No problems

The items that I bought were filthy dirty, I asked for clean ones when I got to the checkout and was told there was no more stock. When I asked why they had been put on display in such a state I was told that’s how they’re delivered and not their fault. Lots of the plastic storage boxes that I was interested in buying were all stacked up on the shop floor but were smashed to pieces. When I brought this to the staff’s attention they were not interested.
Rude staff, filthy dirty store, a disgrace Homebase!

I bought paint from Valspa counter, the gentleman that served me was excellent , very knowledgable and great customer service, I believe his name was Brandon
