Angie was great, wonderful smile when you arrived at check out. I hadn’t taken a basket so was carrying a precarious load, immediately she saw me she asked if I would like a trolley and went and got it for me, and her bright friendly manner made such a difference to my shopping experience. A wonderful member of your team

Angie at Homebase Rayleigh was extremely knowledgable and friendly. She helped me decide on the best outdoor gas product for my barbecue after my previous one ran out. Thanks Angie!

We went in store to find a new bathroom tap, we saw one we liked but however there wasn’t anyone around to order it with as you are supposed to tell someone who then puts it behind the till for you so we took a note of the product number and went to the customer order desk. There we were served by Angie who was very helpful and friendly, she went out of her way to find it in their warehouse and came back with it for us, very happy with the service we received today.

Was served by a lovely female member of staff who went out of her way to help me, I’m a physically disabled man that uses a mobility scooter, give the lady a pat on the back for being so very kind💯😎👍

Our Kitchen Designer, Nechelle Walker, was so helpful, listened to our requirements and went out of her way to find us the kitchen and appliances that we needed.
The design was great and she accommodated each change and new idea with patience and added suggestions to help us get the kitchen that we wanted.

I visited the Homebase Raleigh Weir store yesterday looking for a retro lampshade and found just what I was looking for, plus a few other items. The assistant who served me (Kimbo) was very personable and helpful, especially when she mentioned that the store had matching cushions to the shade. Needless to say another few items were bought, and at sale prices: another bonus! Kimbo fetched a trolley and loaded all my purchases for me! Rarely do you have such great customer service that I felt i had to record a very positive trip to this store.

Ordered at 20.00 the night previous. Woke up to a text saying ready to collect! Simple just how life should be ☺️
