Homebase - Orpington Omdömen 

Having ordered a tin of paint online and opted for click and collect, I attended the store and found no till’s open, except the click and collect, there were 7 people queuing with their purchases at the click and collect till. The cashier was extremely helpful, but rather defeats the object of having a click and collect till

Homebase between Orpington and Sidcup is a very well laid out store, always well stocked. The staff at my local Homebase are extremely helpful, whether it’s the garden section or materials for decorating, tools or furniture, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. More than once Kerryanne, in particular, has persevered to meet my needs.
I have also had good advice from the garden section and lots of help when purchasing my new bathroom.

I went to your branch of homebase in Orpington the staff in there are fan testic the two ladies behind the click and collect were very very helpful they scan the couple of other products that I bought in the store while I was waiting absolutely recommend homebase and those two ladies I'm giving a wow thank you very much

Delivery was very good and like the cushions. Very good value for the money

When I went to the collection desk, there was one staff serving a customer dealing with some sort of refund and purchase. There was another staff labelling up items.

Seeing another customer arrive I would assume the staff (knowing that the colleague is dealing with a long case), would come to serve the waiting customer instead of labelling.

However, they did not. they continued and ignored me.

Personally this time, I was not in much of a rush, however, I waited about 5 minutes before being served. Yes, 5 minutes is not long when there is a queue, but when there is just 1 customer in front of you, 2 staff and 3 tills. I found it excruciating just standing there.

Very quick, from placing order to ready to collect within 10 minutes!

We purchased our outside Xmas lights 1 week ago they have been up 1 week and now a middle section not working. Is a refund possible, I can send a picture.
