Homebase - Luton Omdömen 

I visited the store in Luton for an electric screwdriver and some other bits. I was assisted by Evelyn, who is always so happy to help, always so kind and approachable and always so friendly and polite. She even offered to help carrying my stuff to the car. She is a credit to the store and such a lovely lady.

Evelyn at the Homebase Luton store provided exceptional customer service when I visited the shop today, she was very positive, friendly and professional.

She was happy to share her knowledge regarding house plants and pots as well as informing me of offers running. She respectfully shared her opinions and guided my choices.

I only went in to buy 1 houseplant but left with 2 houseplants and a plant pot. Upselling at it's best👌🏾

What was even more admirable was when she offered to assist me carry my lot, now I'm a young and energetic man yet Evelyn didn't let that hinder her going above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience at her store.

I bought some garden furniture and we were served by Evelyn. She was wonderful and had great customer service.

Genuinely surprised by how good our experience was shopping at Luton Homebase. All staff were great, in particular, Luke. Luke was polite, proactive and went out of his way to help. If management read this, hang on to him, he’s an asset!

We visited Homebase to do some garden shopping. Tracie who served us was very friendly and helpful, serving with smile. We had bought quite a few things and had left our garden fork at the till and she had come out to hand it too us before we left the carpark. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you :)

I love this store! They’re always friendly and upbeat. Displays look great, their stock levels are always accurate for click & collect and customer service is ace!

Visited the Bramingham Store and was

Tracie reminded what excellent customer service was all about!
She relieved me of a bag of top soil I was carrying and kept it at the counter for me.
When we finally checked out her payment terminal wasn’t working and she moved us to another checkout with friendliness, apology and complete professionalism… meanwhile radioing colleagues to open further aisles to stop build up of queues.
Could not have been better looked after!

I was able to check stock online, walk into my local store, and get what I wanted straightaway. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Just clicked! And then just collected!

I was paying separately for some shopping but Evelyn was super helpful and pointed out the paint was buy one get one half price, so we ended up paying together to get the best deal.

Evelyn at luton was happy with a lovely smile which made me feel very welcome. She pointed out an additional offer and could not have been more helpful.

Smooth transaction from start to finish! Arrived at the store gave last three digits of my order number and my items were brought straight out to me on a trolley straight away and I left. All in a matter of minutes! Brilliant
