Homebase - Luton Omdömen 

With my wife soon expecting to give birth, late on a Monday I urgently needed to purchase paint to redecorate two rooms.

The choice of paint can be quite bewildering - however Keely gave me loads of guidance, advice and support to find and purchase the paint I needed. Friendly, attentive and patient. THANK YOU!

Finished billing and went back to the store to check if they had a plant which I checked online said it was available to click and collect at the store. Went in to the customer services and Evelyn was nice and helpful as she was able to locate the plant for me.

So helpful, polite, nothing was to much trouble . The young girl even loaded our table and 4 chairs into the car on her own. Would shop there again and recommend to anyone

I was given well informed advice over choosing some garden furniture we were offered additional items like a parasol and base, Evelyn talked me through my options for a parasol base as I’ve never had a parasol before and I have to say she was very patient whilst I made a decision. One thing I really appreciated was that she suggested I go home and measure up to be sure the furniture would fit as I had some doubts and wanted to be sure. Thank you for your time Evelyn.

Ordered and paid for the items on-line.An Assistant phoned within 10 minutes to let me know one item wasn't available in the colour I ordered. Chose another colour and collected them this morning. Brilliant service !!

Very friendly and helpful - really good service

I had purchased some light fittings but unfortunately one had a fault. Took them back and received a replacement very quickly and easily with great service from Tracy who helped me to check the replacement thoroughly before I left to ensure it was intact.

The member of staff was really helpful giving me some options & ideas when I was unsure of what colour I wanted
She even went out of her way & showed me how the colour pwould look like by getting on the computer with a picture scene giving me a better idea fir my final choice.

The lady that served me at the till was really lovely and very helpful.

The staff (Evelyn at Luton) that attended to use was really rice and helpful. Gave me good advice with the colour and stuff to get. Also helped with our council vouchers.
