Homebase - Horsham Omdömen 

Order was picked as expected and ready for collection. This is not always the case elsewhere.

The gentleman that dealt with us was polite friendly and professional. Will deal with Horsham again, even though it is not our local store.

Special mention to clare who was efficient and helpful on the phone. Also big thanks to the chap who helped me stack the order “jenfa style” into my car. It was great to receive such good customer service.

I was not informed before the day of delivery which was not at all good .
To come home from working all day in education to a large pallet of 850 kg of pebbles on the pavement where the public walk without prior without prior knowledge with an email or message is not good enough or helpful to a customer to plan for delivery of a large order .

Very helpful staff who also assisted me carrying items I purchased in store to my car…

The lady at the click & collect was very nice & helpful and the second member of staff helped me out with taking the goods right to my car. He even offered to help me load it.

The items we wanted were showing on the website but when we visited the store the shelves were bare. Went back home and did a click and collect. 3 hours later we returned and they were found. Good work Homebase.

Twice my online order was wrong !
Why is it so hard to pick the correct item when the product code is correct on the invoice but hand picked incorrectly. One mistake i can let by but twice is utterly awful.
Will personally shop in store from now on, as now have to wait for the re-order.

We visited this homebase looking for a particular chair. Marius was so much help!!! He found it for us, unboxed it so we could see, carried it downstairs to checkout and even took it to our car!!! Thank you so much Marius you were excellent and your customer service was just fantastic :)

Purchased some lights for collection at Horsham store. When I collected them three were broken and dirty. These were replaced by further damaged and broken items handed to me and then when I said that these were also damaged and covered in grease I was told “ don’t have a go at me” by the assistant.

Click and collect was really easy and Cal was fabulous...he helped us switch the colour of our parasol with no trouble at all. Thank you 😊

I was nervous with only one item left in stock. Called to ensure it would be there by the time it was picked. The very kind member of staff who took the call went to pick it herself and made it ready for collection.
