Best price found for Bosch pruner / chainsaw and gloves, didn't have the gloves but immediate refund given.
The chainsaw is a really excellent piece of kit, used to cut most of a 8' 6' conifer down to a stump.

Always find the staff happy, friendly and keen to help.

Products are good, slightly pricey but if you look carefully then you will always find a bargain. However, their products are of a high standard.

Most grateful to Gareth for helping me loading 40 pieces of slabs in 2 rounds. They are really heavy stuff. It's a blessing to have such a friendly shop in our community.

Initial concern regarding quantity available quickly resolved by very helpful young lady. Tiles I had ordered were a bit heavy for me and the staff were quick to offer to take them to the car and load them for me. Brilliant customer service, very happy.

Collection was less so. I was ‘greeted’ by a woman making no eye contact uttering “it’s (computer) gone down on me - no apology, just endless tapping on computer. I was a bystander.
