Great friendly staff

Great friendly staff. Amanda is always smiling and happy to have a laugh with us at check out/customer service. Always nice to see people like her working in a customer service role as it makes for a more pleasant experience for customers :) see you next time!!

Powerbase pole hedge pruner

Very easy, quick and straight forward thank you. Helped replace the Terratek one I had very quickly and I didn’t want to get a third Terratek pole hedge pruner (has a design flaw with its pole extension in securing it and both went blunt too quickly on different hedges/shrubs).

2 tier pricing - very poor service.

Good saving

Purchased Aftercut All in One Autumn Lawn feed. Good Saving - I had seen online that it was £3.20 off - and the Homebase had another 10% off everything.
Item was clearly displayed - but only showed the list price of £16 - not the £3.20 saving price of £12.80. However the till had the discount price + 10% off so only paid £11.52
I notice ONLINE Homebase is displaying this item under the wrong heading - It is not "Grass Seed" but "Lawn Feed"

Paints

Great service when having some paints mixed up after 8 brought in the tester to show him which has cost £4.50 , he forgot to give it back to me and the shop half an hour later says it isn't there, if it isn't then it's been stolen.!!

Great friendly service

I went to click and collect my order and I was greeted with such a friendly welcome. I can’t remember the lady’s name but she should keep doing an amazing job.
