We ordered flooring online and made a mistake on the order, when I turned up the staff were nothing but patient and helpful and helped correct the issues they were friendly and welcoming and explained everything clearly, we will definitely use this service again.

Our order was processed easily online, it took just over the hour to recieve our text message and our order was waiting for us when we arrived in store to be met by a nice person on the click and collect desk.

I bought two LED light bulbs. The online process was quick and easy. I was kept in the loop throughout the process. The delivery was very quick and efficient. The bulbs were also £4 cheaper than Amazon.

ordered on line did click and collect seen to straight away, when I went to store very polite young man who I spoke to. A bit of excitement while there as staff had to apprehend two shop lifters.

Ordered three cushions via click and collect. Visited our local store (Stanway Colchester) three days later to pick up our order which was ready for us and all went smoothly but what I will say is the cushions were out on the counter where I expect they had been for the three days, not in a bag or box or covered with anything and were just dumped on the counter in front of us without offering a bag or any way of carrying them. They are very light coloured cushions which would easily mark on a dirty counter top. Maybe it would be a good idea to keep the click and collect orders in some kind of container and maybe offer the customer a bag or some way of carrying them to their cars.

Ordered items for click & collect. Easy to do & text message received quickly to say order ready. Picked up from Colchester Stanway branch, as per normal great customer service due to helpful & friendly staff.

Extremely helpful staff and a great selection of products. I will be back again soon.
