Homebase - Colchester Omdömen 

Couldn't get this item in Ipswich, and delivery would take about 10 day's, so done click and collect from the Colchester store, paid for it and it was ready to collect in about 2 hours, the young man on the customer service desk was very helpful, it was a large item, he help my husband carry it from the store to our car , then helped load it . Thank you

Always a good customer service

I had an incident in the car park when my my keys fell down the drain. Olly and his colleague were so helpful in retrieving them for me. Without them I would have really been stuck! Great customer service’

Very good service upstairs in the bathroom store, Darren Barley was super helpful and knowledgeable about the design and products, not pushy at all, he helped design our bathroom and ordered everything we needed. We will be returning when we are ready for the kitchen upgrade. Thank you for a great friendly service, highly recommend :)

Our experience Homebase was excellent! We could rely on competent and available designers who helped us with the design and purchase of two wardrobes and the renovation of our bathroom. Always available to help when needed and very professional! We are very happy with our purchases and highly recommend Homebase in Stanway!!! Excellent experience overall :))

I was met by a young gentleman who greeted me & then was exceptionally polite & helpful. Not only did he make my 1st click & collect shop easy, he also assisted me to my car .In fairness all of the staff on this shift were pleasant & helpful.My only regret is that I didn’t take his name the young man's name!

I needed a plastic storage box urgently, and Colchester had run out of stock (I bought the last one)! But the team advised me they had more due in later that day and to come back. I duely returned at 3pm on a Sunday and as promised Mark unloaded one for me, found me a trolly and had me on my way in no time. Thanks to Mark for being a superstar - and this isn’t the first time he’s helped me either! FYI Mark the plants you helped me pick are still looking great!

I ordered an item for delivery to our local Homebase store for my collection. I placed the order on a Friday and was told delivery would take place on Saturday. That didn't happen and when I contacted the Homebase Help Desk I was told Yodel attempted delivery on the Saturday after the store closed!! Was it really beyond the wit of man for the Yodel depot to find out what time Homebase was due to close and deliver it before that time? As it was, I was told that it could only now be delivered to Homebase on Tuesday. Not impressed!

My order was easily placed online and was on a trolley ready for collection within the hour - great service, well done Homebase, Colchester staff!!
