Homebase - Bradford Omdömen 

the staff were unacceptably rude to me and my friend. we were walking in and were told to leave and we wouldve bought what we wanted if not. we were raised very good and we would never do anything thats not acceptable. this was not a child friendly experince and homebase could easily loose money from this. Terrble service and we were allowed to go in atleast 3 weeks ago from this date.

Click and Collect order that was supposed to be ready Monday, didn't arrive until Friday. Spent far too long chasing it up and couldn't be given a straight answer! Od suggest you stop using Yodel for you to store deliveries

Placed order on the 3rd Jan 2024 for 5 boxes Twin thread screw kit that were on clearance. Went in today to collect and was advised the order had been picked up on the 4th Jan 2024. As it transpires there had been a computer glitch and the order has been received by the store and picked up this morning. Thank you Chole

A fast & easy purchase. My order was ready within the hour

I bought 3 inflatables by mistake but only collected one and paid through PayPal luckily.
The ones that I never collected I did not get a refund for until I went though paypal. The store said I needed to speak to customer service and customer service said I needed to speak to the store.
Customers service said they would get back to me in 3 days as of writing this I am still waiting and its been over a week.

Great customer service by two members of staff

The shop was very well decorated with Christmas items and it looked very festive. Also, the shop was well presented with a very good layout and the items were all labeled correctly.

Used click and collect to purchase a large bag of rock salt. Bag was absolutely filthy and covered in mud. I wasn't offered a replacement and had to carry the bag to the car, my clothes were covered it mud afterwards.

The staff at Bradford BD10 store are all very helpful, polite and friendly. I have been in the store twice this week to collect products bought on the Web and also buy products at the store today. I can't speak highly enough about them.
