Homebase - Bracknell Omdömen 

The lady on the collection point was very polite and friendly and brought my item quickly.
There was only one till open plus the collection point. You need to put more staff on as there was a very big queue of angry customers waiting and making nasty comments towards the staff. Clearly it is not their fault that we have to wait and certainly they don’t deserve the abuse that they get.

Absolutely appalling service in the Bracknell store - rude, aggressive staff who can't deal with basic customer queries - avoid.

We were served by Nichola. She was so welcoming & recommended we took advantage of an offer we had not noticed.
The products are always good quality & fairly priced

Love visiting Homebase. Huge selection of plants. Lots of other household items and furniture and paint.

The product was discounted and available and we are happy with it. The lack of staff at customer service and tills and queuing to collect our purchase was poor. Store used was Bracknell

Terrible customer service from someone who I then learned is the assistant manager! I complained about this when I paid and was told “don’t worry he’s like that with everyone even the staff”!!!

Outstanding customer service.

Doug made getting our new kitchen an easy process.He was very knowledgeable and made sure we got the January discounts.The fitters and other people who worked on our project,were very good and have completed a great job.Our new kitchen is just what we wanted and we our extremely happy.

I met Doug Stephens when visiting the Bracknell Homebase. He was able to give me some initial help about upgrading our bathroom. Once home I went through the brochure on bathroom fittings and I subsequently had a zoom meeting with Doug who then was able to design the bathroom online. Doug is extremely knowledgeable and helped refine my ideas. I then ordered the complete bathroom with a very good discount in the January sales. The items arrived as planned in March and the fitter is coming in a fortnight to take out the old bathroom and fit the new one. Including tiling and electrics. I would totally recommend Doug and the service Bracknell Homebase provide. Many thanks.

Process of ordering, paying and then collecting straightforward, kept updated through emails. Once I arrived to collect item ready and waiting.

Outstanding customer service, I bought 4 25g bags of pea shingle. I asked the checkout if someone would be able to help me load into my car. I was willing to help them, not only did he wheel the trolley out to the car, he also loaded all the bags too.

Claire was incredible with us, taking time to listen to our requirements and what we wanted. This wasn't a simple process as we are reusing parts of our current kitchen, and can't wait to see what the end result looks like

Easy quick collection

Excellent service from staff who try hard but need more staff as long queue to pay.

The click & collect area wasn't well signposted and, once we'd got a trolley from outside the store, there wasn't much room to move the box off the counter onto the trolley due to various obstacles in front.
A store security guard came over while these manoeuvres were going on & asked if the boxed lawn mower was ours & checked with the assistant that the payment had been
put through. We were hoping he'd come to offer some customer service and help lift the box but he just
watched what was happening leaving my husband to manage alone.
