Lovely side board unit, really happy with the delivery service all on time, unit assembly instructions & solid product finish.

Very responsive and friendly staff despite the store going into administration.

Easy to order and easy to collect… perfect!

I had been looking around several stores likes of B&Q, Wickes but the moment I stepped in Homebase Claire asked me if she can help me, she spent hours in putting up the right order as needed by me instead of pushing for more and more. I have never seen such a professional attitude and true customer service. If any one is looking to get new kitchen or bathroom .. Claire is the go to person.. Thank you CLaire!! Much appreciated

It was the worst purchase that I had. The sofa connections were connected wrong (up side was connected downward) and I had to change it myself. There was no support form the customer service

The queue was long and only one person on tills at 15.40 29/10/24. Bracknell. The server was efficient, friendly and professional - sadly I didn't get her name but she is a credit to the Branch

Good bathroom design service, we were really pleased with the design and delivery but absolutely shocking after sales support. The bathroom radiator was mis measured and a 500mm radiator ordered instead of a 400mm one, this didn’t come to light until our plumber arrived to fit, either error or upselling by Homebase, its difficult to tell! Unfortunately our designer has left Homebase and so we are now trying to deal with his replacement, it’s been nearly 4 weeks and we have had a series of non returned phone calls, emails not responded to and a standard “ I need to talk to my manager” We absolutely appreciate we are
outside of the standard 30 days return but given the error was from the original Homebase designer we didn’t anticipate a challenge with a straight change in size! Once again today we are left waiting for a promised phone call but it appears that again we are going to be left hanging. It’s such a shame given the positive design service that something so simple as a change in size of radiator has been so difficult - for this reason alone I cannot recommend home base and give the 1 star review

Quick service

My partner and I weren't sure what to do with our kitchen until we walked into the Homebase at Bracknell. Claire took her time to walk us through her design while also showing us the various components that will make the kitchen cabinets. It was a great experience, we are now looking forward to having our kitchen done.

Customer service was excellent. I ordered online and I had chosen the wrong sized accessory to go with my purchase of a set of clever cubes. Sandra telephoned me up within hours of my order to ask if this was what I intended or if I had made a mistake. She was very polite and said she had already selected the right product for me to check when I went to pick up my order. On my arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had already picked up a selection of products for me to choose from saving me time and embarrassment. Overall I was very impressed with the service and will order from Homebase again in future!

I forgot to put the discount in when I bought a hedge trimmer on line with click and collect but the staff in store sorted it and refunded the difference. My mistake they sorted it.

Every time we visit Bracknell branch we find cheerful staff! Today the customer service agent sorted out our 2 returns effortlessly. We then went and spent the refund on other items!
