Ordered TV unit and expected pretty cheap quality for the price I paid. How wrong was I? Arrived within 2 days, fantastic quality and easy to follow instructions. I will definitely be buying from Home Outlet again soon :)

Ordered my items and got them two days later - no issues whatsoever. Excellent value for money as well.

The only good thing about this experience was the delivery which was on time. My wardrobe arrived bowed, chipped and cheaply made and took absolutely hours to put up as we had to modify to strengthen it. No way is it worth the money I paid even though it was cheap! Learnt a valuable lesson, if you buy cheap you pay the price in experience. Won't use this company again.

Excellent ordering system. Simple to use. Delivery cannot be faulted as mine was deliveried early.

Quality of item was good and very sturdy when put together. HOW-EVER they sent the completely wrong item first, but did collect it and deliver the right one, not an easy mistake being as it has the item description written all over it, never mind, got there in the end..

The item ordered was of poor quality damaged and quite frankly rubbish,however when informed of this the company were exemplary in dealing with issue. I had quick positive response without delay my money was refunded apologies for inconvenience given.
If anything I might suggest Home Outlet look at their suppliers and quality control for the stock they sell.

Only put together the chest of drawers at the moment as it's not the right color so unsure what to do with the wardrobes as yet

I was looking for a little box to keep all the bathroom cleaning supplies tidy and a bit of googling turned up a little white storage box - just the thing but was about £25 including delivery. This was a bit more than I wanted to pay so looked for the same box on other sites and came across Home Outlet. Same box £11.99 and free delivery. It came quickly, was easy to assemble and looks great in the bathroom!
