This is the first time I've purchased from this company and it was a smooth pleasant transaction. I am very happy with my purchase and customer service is excellent.

Very speedy delivery time, and the delivery slot was changed to suit us. However, somebody needs to look over the assembly instructions for these products - particularly concerning the drawers and the runners. The diagrams were of a very poor quality and difficult to make out even with a magnifying glass, and either the holes were in the wrong place, or the left and right mixed up. I have assembled lots of furniture, and these instructions were by far the worst. This spoiled an otherwise very good first impression of the company. Also, the wardrobe door has a large scratch down the front, which was only noticed after unpacking everything - too much hassle to try and get it all back in the box. For the money though, a decent enough product.

Ordered double bed frame for my daughter, when unpacking item noticed there was some damage on the headboard ( paint chipped off). Made a phone call, sent some images of damage and had a replacement part within two days excellent service. My only concern was the packing inside the box around the headboard and footboard as they must have been rubbing together during loading and delivery. Some cardboard or foam in between would sort this out. All said and done, my daughter extremely happy, and would order again.

Ordered tables kept updated about my order via e mail did have a problem with delivery so rang home outlet and they were very prompt dealing with it the problem was with yodel so did have to wait longer for tables! Overall price and customer service was good.

I ordered a flat pack double wardrobe, which arrived the next day. The assembly pack had been forgotten by the delivery Co. a quick email and it arrived the next day.

I assembled it and it looks pretty good and reasonably sturdy.

The item that had arrived was fine, however when unpackaging it all the screws and washers fell out as the bag that they were put in was torn.
