Holocene Motor Group Omdömen

Always helpful and reliable, this is a garage to be trusted. There was what appeared to be a minor quirk - the lever to open the bonnet didn't work, yet when I took it to the garage it did. The owner didn't want me to spend money unnecessarily - I'm a regular customer - so he tried it a couple of times and it was OK. Once I'd driven it home, it didn't work again, so I brought it in and he fixed it.

The thing about a lot of car servicing places is you don't really know if they're exaggerating a fault in order to take your money, but Holocene never does that. Fairly early on in my dealings with them I brought my car in for a service only to find lots of police cars. Somewhat disconcerted, I later found out that that is where the police cars get serviced. If it's good enough for them, it's certainly good enough for me.

Had a quick and hassle-free MOT with Holocene in Camden. I really appreciate how easy and efficient the process was, including collection and delivery. Clear communication and very friendly too. Thank you.

This company is always first class when it comes to quality, punctuality and overall workmanship. The premises are spotlessly clean and all staff are polite, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Highly recommended!!

Very reliable garage with excellent customer service, very honest diagnosis and good quality repairs with a systematic phone call to request approval before going ahead with the work.

Very good service,no fuss, friendly, good atmosphere.
Would recommend.

I was able to drop my car in as soon as I called Holocene to report the fault. They called me to update on the repair, which they dealt with within a couple of days, and returned my car to me nicely cleaned and valeted.

Polite staff, good service, easy to find.

I have a 20 year old BMW that had a brake problem. I thought it might be terminal - too expensive to repair. Not at all! Holocene did a very affordable repair job and completed the work in a day which was great.

I thought that there dealings with me were very professional, and I liked the fact that the garage itself was immaculate, this is the sign of a business that cares.

Great service and great after-service too when I spotted a small issue - it was resolved immediately and with no quibbles at all. Would 100% recommend.

I would like to say big thank you to Holocene and the staff of the Holocene.they repaired my van properly and I would specially thanks to Hitesh who was very kind and supportive.on the other hand I would like to recommend each and every car holder or van holder please go to Holocene once and then you will experience yourself. Holocene is the best place where you can repair any vehicles.

always a good service, quick and no nonsense

Efficient job, happy to talk to me about the sourcing of parts. Even cleaned my car (thank you, it was filthy)

Excellent quick reliable service. I can’t rate this place highly enough.

I had a great experience with this garage. I'd got a very large quote from Kwik Fit to do some remedial work following my MOT. I took it to Holocene, and they did the work at much lower price. A professional, smart setup. Thanks!

Fuss free, professional and excellent service.
Couldn’t recommend them more.

Just had annual service and mot and everything went smoothly. Car was clean inside and out. Good job.

Really polite and great service. They fit me in for an MOT at late noice. They were helpful and informative and did the work needed in a timely manner. They even cleaned my car for when I went to pick it up.

Very efficient, very clear pricing and very quick. They done exactly what it said on the tin ✌️

Efficient and cleaned car as part of service
