This is an excellent garage to deal with both from a buyer and care point of view. We've been with them since 2015 and perhaps that's all I need to say. They do all they can to make your experience satisfactory. We have over the years been looked after by Craig Thacker and more recently Andrew Bradley.

The service was excellent an Taylor was amazing explaining everything we needed to know. She was professional, friendly and informative. I would certainly recommend them to a friend. The customer service during and after has been very helpful.

Tony was a great sales executive and we are very pleased with our BMW!

Went to holdcroft wolves and bought a new Renault 4. Mitch was our salesman and he was outstanding from start to finish. No pushy sales. It was like talking to my son. He was helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. Definetly went that extra mile and more. We picked our car up on Sat 26th Sept only to have an unveiling and given a bouquet of flowers for being a loyal customer. This made my day extra special. A perfect experience. Thank you so much Mitch you were great and if I could give you 10 stars I would.

Just collected our new Tucson from Holdcroft.
Serkan was absolutely brilliant as he has been every time he has helped us. Nothing has been too much trouble and he has been so helpful.
This is our second car from Holdcroft Stockport, all the members of staff have been fabulous with us. When we have been for a service or changing our car they have been brilliant.
We would not consider going anywhere else, since the first time we entered the premises to look at a Hyundai we have been made so welcome.

Attentive staff, polite and accommodating

Today I took delivery of a new Mazda CX30 from Holdcroft Mazda Oldham .
The buying experience from the moment I walked into their showroom , to taking delivery today has been amazing .
Jenny , the sales manager gave me a great deal , with free finance ,and steered (sorry for the pun ) me to buying the right model and specifications.There was no pressure ,no rush and plenty of advice and a few test drives before the final choice was made .Matt deserves a special mention , very knowledgeable and helpful particularly at the today’s handover .He was very thorough and answered every question,again there was no rush .I phoned an hour later, with a few queries and Matt was just as patient! So, all in all Holdcroft Oldham Mazda deserves a Gold star , and a recommendation of the highest order from me !

My experience at Holdcroft Handpicked Cobridge was memorable because I went to holdcroft open minded I was approached by Chris I think he was the manager I said I was interested in a car he interduced me to Dylan who helped me with our purchase Dylan was brilliant all though the process and made myself and my wife feel at ease and didn't push us ,it was a really good experience thanks Dylan.

When considering buying a new Jaecoo 5 I was dealt with by Claire Bradshaw at the Stoke on Trent branch.
She was extremely polite, courteous, considerate and knowledgeable.
For anyone wishing to buy a new car I would highly recommend this dealership.

Although there were some glitches with the car, Beth and Paul at Holdcroft looked after us supremely well

phoned up today about ongoing situations they refuse to resolve.. Renault holdcroft Wolverhampton are actively engaged in market manipulation & fraud, they are refusing to provide part numbers to customers or mechanics, preventing & obstructing reasonable repairs by third party's, if you need spare parts, you won't be able to get one at GSF or any other parts suppliers & Renault knows this RENAULT Will instead try to rip you off for hundreds & thousands of pounds, for the most basic of parts.

The power steering situation
I have been trying for months to get a high pressure & low pressure power steering pipe, as mine are leaking & need replacing, i could get the parts if i had the part numbers, but all branches of Holdcroft & Renault are actively colluding to prevent anyone from getting these basic parts without paying rip off prices they want £387 for two pipes that are not worth more than £50 each on amazon...

This is actually illegal activity under CMA rules the CMA have now been informed, my advise don't buy anything from this rip off company, they only care about reaching into your wallet... meanwhile i am left paying £60 a MONTH in power steering fluid because this company is greedy as hell..

REALLY UNFAIR FOR SECONDHAND VAN PURCHASES

The ad blue situation
Holdcroft claims to have no responsibility for the fact that it sells faulty ad blue systems, expect to be hung up on when asking for advice, about weather having a digital remap.

To resolve a 500 miles till engine failure warning, is viable and fair temp alternative, when they have no space to even do the 2k plus repair till September 2026, when i asked in april well after the remap van runs better than it did before the remap that says alot about the lies customers are being told about adblue.

It seems to me, that despite the legal issues around AdBlue faults & repairs being a total rip off for the customer. 10K TO REPAIR

Renault won't take responsibility for the fault that it has been deliberately engineered into the cars and vans to try and fleece customers with expensive repairs..

So much so the Holdcroft avoid even talking about the the matter of the obvious and only affordable fix using a remap & in such conversations hang up mid call...

You expect me to trust you to repair my van when you act & behave in such a deceitful & childish manner I don't think so lady.

You should not be sporting the Renault logo on your building when you won't take ownership of the problems you have caused... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

The staff are also rude aggressive & dismissive...

I'd recommend Holdcroft Renault Hanley because Zaine is really professional, provides all important information regarding the car and purchase process and is very patience to listen to my queries and answer them. The whole purchase experience is wonderful and makes me happy.

My experience was nothing but great.

Sean was an amazing salesperson to interact with - he kept conversations professional, provided facts and opinions when asked and wasn't pushy at all.

He was very responsive to my emails and queries, answering within a couple of hours at the most, and was all-in-all a pleasure to work with.

I'd definitely purchase a car from Holdcroft Honda Cheshire Oak in the future due to my experience.

Sales staff friendliness and knowledge of the vehicles willingness to listen

I'd recommend Holdcroft Hyundai Cheshire Oaks to a friend because they were so helpful and explained everything. Even when waiting to pick up the car, we were offered coffee and looked after.

Last month I visited the Jaecoo Branch of the Holdcroft Group in Stoke On Trent. Whilst I wasn't able to buy a car through them on this occasion, I was lucky enough to have dealt with Larissa Bentley at the showroom. She is an exceptional sales person, customer focused and orientated and went over and beyond to ensure I had all the information and support I needed to buy the right car. It just wasn't the right time for me to buy a Jaecoo, but honestly, I'll be visiting Larissa when its time to change my car again. Thanks for everything, Larissa. You're a credit to your organisation.

Sale staff Abdul was fantastic from start to finish. And they take very good care of there customers and cars

We booked a service and mot on line and had the confirmation booking come through. We took the car to holdcroft wolverhampton on the day to be told by a rude woman that there was no booking made for our car when I showed her the confirmation she just shrugged her shoulders and said you shouldn't have booked on line you should have phoned and then she just went back on her screen. She wasn't interested and was no help at all. What's the point in having an online booking if they don't even bother with it. Its the last time I will go there for an mot and service.
