Hodders were very friendly and professional. We only had a couple of viewings and got an offer straightaway which we accepted. Nicola the Sales Progressor chased everything to ensure everyone was in the loop and the move went smoothly, from liaising with the chain and the Solicitors. I would definitely recommend them.

All the staff were very professional and helpful throughout.
Like most sales there were issues and they guided me through very efficiently, keeping me posted on all proceedings.

Going the Extra Mils!
I’m not a great fan of Estate Agent services in 21st Century. All seems a little formulaic and impersonal.
Hodders are not hugely different however as is often the case Nicola Elson has been exceptional!
Good if not great communication to start with but when it really mattered very good.

First time buyer experience: fantastic!
Stuart in Sales was a pleasure to speak with. He helped me find properties that were tailored to what I was looking for, particularly as a first time buyer. He was very kind over the phone and made every effort to keep me informed during the initial stages.
I then met Nicola in the stages of when buying the house and she was always prompt with her responses, allowed for open and honest conversations between us, and was always there to help with all my queries. It’s been so easy to work with Nicola.

All staff friendly and informative that I have spoken to and Aran in lettings has found a tenant to move in a very timely manner after purchase . Brilliant service
Hodders were brilliant. Even though the process was like a rollercoaster they were always on hand. Nicola was a complete star with updates and reassurance. I can’t praise them enough and would suggest using them as you will get a complete service from initial valuation to completion. Thank you for making the process as least stressful as it could be.

WATCH YOUR DEPOSIT
This company at Walton on Thames clearly sides with the landlord on post tenancy inspections . They allow the landlord to interfere in the inspectors report claiming wear and tear issues, claiming things the landlord and myself had agreed on previously and taking a very large portion of the deposit .. clearly on the landlords side for obvious reasons .. watch your deposit unscrupulous landlords will rip you off as nd hodders will back them

I was very impressed with how well staff at Hodders communicated with me during the process of purchasing my property. The level of engagement and proactivity to help make the experience flow smoothly was greatly appreciated. Although our sale didn't end up completing, Hodders were great throughout.
Nicola in particular was outstanding through the process. It has been a particularly difficult journey with the stamp duty demand, and our seller's solicitors lack of response and Nicola supported us incredibly. I felt like the purchase was in good hands with Nicola and she listened to our concerns and put our minds at ease that she was on top of everything, which she was. Super proactive, responsive, empathetic, responsive and a generally a great person.
I look forward to dealing with Nicola again for when we decide to purchase.
