Thank to Donna Stonelake, we are now own our first dream home.

I first contacted Donna to arrange a valuation for my mother in laws home in Cwmbran and I could tell straight away that her main focus was providing excellent service and support. Donna went completely over and above our expectations and made the process from start to finish a lot less stressful. Donna kept in contact with us throughout the sale and there was never a time where I couldn’t reach her (Even after 6pm or on a Sunday!)

I would recommend Donna to anyone looking to buy or sell a property – You will not be disappointed.

Donna has been absolutely fantastic. My elderly mother was moving (100 miles) to be nearer to us. This simply wouldn't have been possible without the support Donna provided. She was efficient organised and friendly and had the process from for sale to sold wrapped up within 2 weeks with the top end of the market price secured. We would never of had this level of efficiency or personable service from anyone else. she was on hand to help mum because we couldn't be there due to logistics. Her communication to us through the whole process was brilliant. Donna, if all estate agents were like you, buying a house would be so less stressful and so quick! Thankyou!

We have recently had a valuation done by Donna and she was so friendly and professional. No questions were too much trouble and she also spent the time involving all the family, including the children. She did not put me under any pressure and made the whole situation very relaxed. We are viewing properties with Donna soon and I'm sure the experience will be just as pleasurable

Donna was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Highly professional and reliable and did a great job selling my house quickly. Would highly recommend!

We first met Donna whilst viewing a property she was selling. From then, we knew she was the person we wanted to sell our home. Right from the beginning she was professional and very helpful with what the next steps were going to be. She kept in contact throughout the whole process and was always at the end of the phone when needed any time of the day. Would highly recommend.

We just bought our first home & none of this wouldn’t have been possible without Donna! When we initially went for our first viewing she was more than welcoming & informative with everything. She even recommend mortgage advisor to go with and start our journey. She was always on the end of the phone whenever we needed to arrange viewings, answer any queries we may have had & give us lots of updates along the way. Overall, we are glad to have crossed paths & over the moon with the level of service we received.

Thank you again Donna!
