Proof of delivery
The delivery person (royal mail) took the 'proof of delivery' photo whilst my package was still in the back of their van, very unprofessional. This was seen via my CCTV, package left on doorstep, no knock at the door, just droped onto the doorstep, this was also seen on my CCTV. Royal mail person reported!

My Battle over Britain Bly Ray turned up as promised and on schedule. Helpful and friendly staff. One of the few colourful shops in town with a bit of flair.

Yeovil branch staff excellent
Went to Yeovil branch staff were very knowledgeable, purchased 2 CD’s. One in stock & the other was out of stock in branch. HMV assistant advised ordering & the despatch to store was rapid & delivery was a day early. Awesome service. Well done to all HMV staff.
