Careful of the over priced carrier bags.
The service in store was excellent. The item arrived quickly and well packaged. Would have given 5 stars but whilst placing the order instore I also bought some other records. I asked for a bag. The bag I was given cost £4.00. This seems excessive but only realised once I got home.

The assistant was very helpful
The assistant was very helpful. He told that I could have my CD purchase mailed to whom I had bought it for, which I appreciated a great deal (saved me the job of going to a post office). The recipient received the CD in good time.

I recommend HMV click and collect
I was kept well informed on the progress of the order by e-mail. The first of two CDs was delivered very quickly to the store (the other had not been released at this point) The collection at the store was very easy.
