hmv (UK) - Plymouth Omdömen 

I accidentally ordered two copies of a DVD click and collect and used the chat bot to organise the cancellation/return of one copy. This was achieved very quickly and easily with the store being informed of the issue which meant that when I collected the item, there was no confusion. The store staff were friendly and helpful.

I wanted to use my high street store. The item I required was not available in store but the assistant was helpful in ordering the item from the warehouse to be delivered to my home. The process ran smoothly.
My only slight criticism was that communication from HMV was minimal about the processing and delivery side of the transaction.

Easy to find what I was looking for, simply to see alternatives and an easy ordering system. Pick up in store, jobs a jolly one. Plus my son absolutely loves his Dookie 30 vinyl box set.

I ordered 3 vinyl. The order went through and then 2 were out of stock. I wasnt notified about that until it was too late to get them elsewhere. Maybe you could work on that. Happy with the service for the 1 that did arrive

I went online to buy a vinyl record,click and collect from Plymouth HMV. Payed for it. Then was sent an email saying confirmed. Then I was sent an email dispatch. Then was sent another email saying you can collect when it arrives. After 3 days and no more emails, I checked to see if that the record was in stock in Plymouth and it was. I went to Plymouth Hmv found the record and told I couldn't have it . I was to wait for the record that had been sent ! This makes no sense
.. it's the same record. I was told this company policy.
The day before I went to buy another record from hmv Plymouth and found they had accidentally over price it. Website price 59 pounds there price 64 pounds. They said they had made a mistake. I then realised I had over paid for a record the week before, because they have over priced.
Tried calling the online number, got charged 80p and got cut off before I could speak to anyone.
This is disgusting and will never use them again. No wonder they keep going out of business.

The staff member was really helpful. Once it was realised there wasn't one in stock he advised how they could get one to me this was arranged and paid for in store. I had notifications all the time so I aware of the orders status. Well done.

Ordering was easy online, and I requested to pick goods up from local HMV store.
Delivery was quick, and I was kept up to date throughout.
Collecting from store was good, with friendly staff.

For the moment I enter the store it was a welcome experience warm and friendly, I found my DVD straight away, a box of Lord of the Rings the staff were so helpful in finding the remaining 4 , two were in the store the other 2 had to be ordered, they arrived on the appointed day a exstermly efficient experience, thank you

As usual I always find what I'm looking for in store. Staff serving are cheerful and polite.
