Appreciate the ease of a pick up at my own convenience (rather than the hassle of an ever changing courier delivery slot, waiting in for a delivery that doesn’t come and the frustration of a message that says they’ve tried to deliver when you know they haven’t). Have chosen to have things delivered to the store on a few occasions now. Usually good service. Thanks

I had to make an order which came in a few days.
I was given a promotion card, the only thing I thought which sounded a bit like a scam was some numbers I had to enter the draw with sounded strange, ie, store Number for example was 123456. Another Number I had to enter was 999. I just thought, mmm. And didn't bother any further, apart from that, great service , I would definitely use hmv again. Good prices as well.

Plymouth HMV is My Happy Place
