Very good online service. Kept well informed on the status of the order, and collection was easy

Although disappointed and surprised that the new Paul McCartney cd was out of stock at HMV Oxford Street, the assistant was helpful did try to locate it but was unsuccessful. He ordered it for me and it arrived at my Selsey address 3 days later. I'm happy to have the cd although, with postage, it cost £16.99 rather than £13.99!

Great service. Could not find item in store so very helpful assistant ordered for me online and was received in a couple of days. Really pleased with help received.

The best it the fact that I can go to the store IN PERSON rather than pointlessly fighting with websites.
Asking a person at a store solves the questions in situ, and much faster than getting lost in countless clicks on the website.
Staff are knowledgeable, found the items I needed and I could order them (they did it for me) without any stress.
I will recommend to have more computers to search for items at the desks, so that several staff can search instead of waiting for THE ONE ON THE FLOOR to be available.
Thank you so much to Nick at the Oxford Street branch for being so wonderful to find and order my DVDs. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of previous staff that helped me find / order what I needed, but they were great too.
The branch must remain OPEN and must keep SEVERAL STAFF helping customers. This will continue to make HMV the best!

Good service, delivery came sooner than expected.

Firstly, I'm so pleased HMV continues to remain open on Oxford Street. It's great for music lovers to browse and select music and videos in a bricks and mortar store. And the staff at HMV clearly enjoy the environment and are always most helpful.

When I came to retrieve the DVD at the HMV Oxford St shop it was very difficult to find where it was. I was sent from one counter to an other. Finally I met a very rude member of staff who told me when I expired my disappointment : if you don't like our staff, better not come again... Very rewarding for a customer of more than 30 years to this shop...

The store staff checked to see if the record I wanted was in store and as it wasn't offered free home delivery. All completed efficiently. Arrived by Royal Mail, 3 days later. Great service!

I went to the Flo signing. I enjoyed the event, the actual performance, and the signing was great, I got to have about a 1.5 minute conversation with the band and got a photo with them so I feel like I got my monies worth. The reason I am scoring it low was because in the day we received an email to say the event was changing the start time from 5 to 6 due to scheduling conflict, and then I got there for when doors opened at 5:30 and we didn’t start to enter until about 5:50 but there was no communication or updates. Also it was meant to start at 6 and it didn’t start until 6:30 after it was already pushed back an hour. Again there was no updates so we were just waiting around with no idea as to when the band would turn up and the event would start. But the parts which were what I expected them to be were great and for the price it was good, the signed poster was personalised which I appreciated

Everything from the ordering of my purchase to collecting it from your store. The Sales Assistant who checked my ID and gave me the item. Everything was pleasant and professionally done. The service was impeccable.
