Dr WHO Bluray sets packaged properly
used to buy my box sets from Amazon, but a collectors edition in a brown paper bag is not sufficient packing for £50+ item and were damaged quite a lot. HMV well packaged and i can collect in store at a time of my choosing.

⭐️ Pecking Order ⭐️
HMV did not have the CD that I wanted in stock, so the guy behind the till ordered it in for me.
I chose to collect it in store when I was notified of when they recieved it.
The notifications of the progress of my order was second to none and the arrival in less than a week.
Upon collection the assistant remarked about the CD, and had I heard the singers latest ( Orville Peck - Stampede ) and I said that I had bought that recently from that HMV.
This interraction I felt was good as it was highlighting an interest in what I was buying and made me feel that the in store experience really is the best compared to online shopping,,
I certainly recommend HMV Northampton ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
* I couldn't understand why there was no section in A-Z or the Country music section for Orville Peck *

As is usual with HMV, first class service. Ordered on line, kept fully up to date with delivery/click&collect. Staff in Northampton always very helpful and professional. Excellent from start to finish.
