Small Prophets Instore Signing
Had ordered the Small Prophets DVD to be delivered to Fopp near Covent Garden for the instore signing on the Monday. Received an email on the Friday saying stock would not arrive in time, which was annoying. Went to Fopp on the Monday explained the situation. Thankfully it was all in hand and the staff had a list of everyone who had pre ordered the item. It was a great event. Thanks to all the staff.

The support from Fopp in Covent Garden was excellent and all aspects of service were professional and courteous. Staff were great. Issue with the double album having 2 of the same record quickly and easily solved.

From Fopp efficiently…
I ordered via Fopp in store which is one of my favourite record spots in London. It was super easy to order the item that had sold out and pick it up, even got a better price by ordering like this. And of course ended up buying myself a couple of extra Cd’s along with the gift shopping!
