Pointless ordering click & collect
I ordered it to collect from store.
Pointless as I mistakingly presumed ad it was in stock in the branch I could have picked it up from store but instead had to wait 5 days to collect.
So I won't be doing that again.
CD was fine etc but just seemed liked a pointless option. I could have bought in store the day I went to check but couldn't cancel my order.

Quality people Quality shop.
As a man who is in his mid sixtys & an avid music man who just purchased today' tickets at the ovo in Glasgow for Depeche Mode, 2024. & have tickets in December this year in Vancouver, with a few freinds I have been purchasing various Depeche Mode's 12"vinyl box sets with one on order. The staff in the East Kilbride store have been outstanding with no enquiry being a hassle Paul is a mountain of knowledge as so is Paul the other one & the other members of staff have been superb. As for the company HMV I have to take my hat off, if I had one, as I have a full head of hair. What With the pandemic, the recession & various other stumbling blocks 🚫 you guys have managed to keep your heads above the water. Thank God for the resurgence of vinyl. & if you left the EK. Plaza basically there would be nothing for me to visit. As I shop a lot in Glasgow, I prefare to spend my investments in East Kilbride though without HMV this would be difficult. Birthday gift When I visited the store was unsure if…
When I visited the store was unsure if HMV still done games, spoke with an assistant who stopped what she was doing to help me. She checked on line to see if itm was available and processed my purchase for delivery direct to store. All staff that I spoke with at cash desk while the assistant was processing my purchase where very interested in what I was buying and confirmed that delivery would only take a few days what was great. I would recommend this HMV store for their customer approach and helpfulness.
