Great Staff at Banbury HMV
Great helpful Manager VC and his team member Gary. They went the extra mile helping me with my purchases. VCs easy manner, good conversation and knowledge about current and planned CD and film releases made it a really good shopping experience. Well worth a visit if you're shopping in Banbury.

order in store to pick up took over 2 weeks to be there and they said it takes 2-5 days and they was rude

HMV is the best place for physical media
HMV is the best place to buy any physical media as you know it’s the best price, will be shipped quickly and protected properly. Can’t recommend them enough.

The staff were well trained and i was served well. The dvd i had to order which went smoothly and it did not take long in being delivered. The staff found the parcel quickly and i left happy.
