I love hmv so much. I go there most days and staff are so kind and make casual conversations and greet customers. If you need anything and ask they do everything they can to help you weather its seeing if they have it on the floor or if its in stock. Its really easy to order from hmv and emails are sent about your order when its received, dispatched and delivered. I love hmv. Literally the happiest place on earth

Easy ordering the LP I required and the young lady who served me was very good, with a happy smile and a no problem attitude.

Great service …
It was delivered the day before release which I like , that’s why I like to pre order from HMV and you get special items from HMV which is also a big bonus , prices are competitive too, keep up the great work
